"My husband and I spent two weeks in the Deanston cottage and we really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It is in an ideal setting - a quiet peaceful village, close to quaint villages and larger centres for sight-seeing and amenities. I appreciated the video and online guide and referred to it often during the first few days as we settled in. "Immaculately clean and comfortable cottage with all the equipment required for a lovely break. Lovely little touches like welcome basket, tourist info, selection of games, outdoor toys, bbq, fire pit and seating. Hot tub was great and in private beautiful relaxing setting with lovely open view. Could see chickens and deer from garden as well as lots of bird activity."

Nothing left to chance and the small touches - like a gift of two mugs, pens and stationery - greatly appreciated. Hosts very communicative and kept in touch throughout our stay. The main building is very family orientated, with a restaurant and bar, and facilities for children, although we didn't...
