    Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

    All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

    This home is equipped with central heating & air.

    Off-street parking for 2 vehicles + ample free street parking in the neighborhood.

    Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

    Guest Access:

    Guests will have access to the entire house, including all three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the open-concept living and dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the private rear deck with a BBQ grill. Beach gear, including beach tags, chairs, coolers, a wagon, umbrellas, and beach towels, are provided for your convenience. Off-street parking for two vehicles is available, along with free street parking. A washer and dryer are in-unit for your use.

    Nestled in the heart of Ventnor City, our home offers the perfect blend of seaside charm and convenient access to everything you need. You're just a short walk (about 5 minutes) from the pristine Ventnor Beach and the lively boardwalk, where you can enjoy classic beachside entertainment, restaurants, and shops. For dining, you'll find a variety of options within easy walking distance, from casual eateries to family-friendly restaurants. Explore local shops and boutiques for unique souvenirs or beach essentials. The neighborhood itself is known for its friendly atmosphere and beautiful residential streets, perfect for leisurely strolls. You'll also find easy access to other nearby towns like Margate and Atlantic City, offering even more dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Enjoy the best of the Jersey Shore right at your doorstep!



    Getting Around:

    Getting around Ventnor City is easy! You'll find ample free street parking right outside the house, and we also provide off-street parking for two vehicles. For those arriving by public transport, the closest bus stops are within a short walking distance, offering convenient access to the wider Atlantic County area. The Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. From the house, you can easily access major roads and highways for exploring the Jersey Shore.



    Other Things to Note:

    GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



    PET POLICY: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and/or breed restrictions may apply.



    MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: To book this property, the primary guest must be 25+ years old. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. Any fraudulent, third-party, or underage booking may be cancelled immediately without refund and may result in removal from the property without notice.



    CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary/guest-initiated cancellation.



    SECURITY DEVICES DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area. TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES: Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.



    QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



    NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.



    CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves. It is not necessary to strip the beds or initiate any kind of laundry prior to departure.

Great time in Ventnor!

The property is the top unit and is located on a lovely residential street with the beach blocks away. We had a great time there!

This was the perfect rental for us. Three nice bedrooms, a nice sized living/dining area and just two blocks from the beach. There was also a garage where we could store our beach chairs and bicycles. The fact that there was parking for two cars was an additional benefit. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall, this was a great place and we would definitely stay there again!

This is our second Memorial Day weekend staying in this beautifully quaint home. John is an excellent communicator. The home is spotless (and I am very particular about cleanliness!). Fresh pastries awaited us upon arrival with a sweet welcome note…very thoughtful and hospitable. We hope to stay again!

Only suggestion is to replace entry rug, bathroom and kitchen sink rugs as they could be a slip and fall hazard. Overall the apartment was excellent!

second floor duplex unit on corner lot near busy street so a bit noisy but convenient to beach and shopping. Apartment is spacious and clean with well appointed kitchen for cooking . Gas grill needs deep cleaning and starter not working. Landlord was responsive to a few requests for supplies like trash bags. Good location for access to boardwalk and beach.
