    All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

    This home is equipped with central heating & air.

    Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

    Garage parking for up to 3 vehicles (parking in the shared driveway is not permitted) plus ample free & metered street parking in the neighborhood.

Beach access is just two blocks away, and you'll find beach essentials like chairs, tags, a cooler and a wagon ready for your use. Please note that the driveway is shared and parking there is not permitted.

    Nestled in the heart of Margate, 'Margate Haven' offers an unbeatable location. You're just a short two-block stroll from the sandy shores, perfect for a day of sunbathing and swimming. Ventnor Avenue, brimming with local boutiques and dining options, is right at your doorstep. Enjoy a leisurely walk to some of the area's best restaurants, or explore the charming shops that line the street. For those seeking entertainment, various options are within easy reach, offering a vibrant nightlife and daytime activities. The neighborhood's friendly atmosphere and convenient access to everything make it an ideal spot for a memorable vacation.

    Getting Around: 'Margate Haven' offers convenient access to local transportation. While the area is easily walkable, especially to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants, here's some information to help you navigate:



    Parking: Enjoy the convenience of a 3-car garage, plus ample free and metered street parking. Please note that parking in the shared driveway is not permitted.



    Public Transportation: Public transit options are available for exploring the wider area. Check local schedules for bus routes and stops along Ventnor Avenue and surrounding streets. Taxi and ride-sharing services are also readily accessible.



    Travel Times: Easily accessible from major roadways, making it simple to reach the property. For those arriving via air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is a short drive away. Estimate around a 20-30 minute drive, depending on traffic. The closest major transit hub, the Atlantic City Bus Terminal is also easily accessible. For specific travel times, consider using a navigation app for real-time traffic updates.



    Other Things to Note:

    GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



    PET POLICY:Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply.



    CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary cancellation.



    SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.



    QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



    NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.

Beautiful Margate Home

We had a wonderful stay, and extended our trip. The home was beautiful. The owner was readily available to answer questions. The check-in and check-out was seamless. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Beautiful & spacious home, perfect location

Communicating with Sara was so easy and I can’t say enough good things about her home! Highly recommend for anyone from friend groups to family gatherings - the elevator is so great for loading/unloading and makes it accessible for all age and abilities!

The property was great! It was clean and bright and the beds were so comfortable. The dining table was big enough for us and the kitchen was arranged for convience. It was and centrally located (right next to a great bagel place!) and close enough to a great beach. We walked for ice cream, mini golf, Lucy, farmers market and water park. There was a CVS and WAWA right down the street The elevator helped us moving in and out. There were beach tags, chairs, and towels - all things we didn't have to bring with us. The owners checked in to ascertain that our needs were met. I would highly recommend this property.
