PARKING:
Guests are welcome to use the private driveway, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Additional street parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis along S Dover Ave. Please be sure to check all posted street signs for any restrictions or time limits.

TRASH
Trash collection is on Tuesday. If you are staying overnight on Monday, we would greatly appreciate your help in placing the bins (located on the right side of the home) at the curb. This can be done Monday evening or early Tuesday morning.

We do allow pets at the property. A pet fee does apply.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Per Atlantic city short-term rental ordinance the person booking must provide a photo of their ID which Matches their profile name to prove they are over 21. Also to note there can never be more then the amount booked guests on-premise. Unfortunately you will not receive check in information until this is provided and it must be provided prior to check in day (unless it is a same day booking).

1) No smoking on premise in or around the property inside the house - $250 fine if detected

2) No more than the number of people booked ON-PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected

3) Please remove shoes.

4) Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am (50 decibels). We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

5) Must have a valid govt ID & phone number on file.

6) Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner`s schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night`s stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night`s stay.

7) We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion

8)Primary guest ID must match the name on the profile when checked by my host, and if there is anyone under 21 in the group the person booking & checking in must be over 25.

9) Pet fee is $75/pet therefore $150 total for two pets.
