If you are thinking of renting this home, do not hesitate. Brian and Andrea’s home has everything you need to have a great time. We were able to give my mom a very special and memorable 75th birthday party with her nieces and cousins. Everyone enjoyed the home. To be able to host everyone with their own room bathroom and tv was a blessing. The space is top notch for celebrating the ones you love. Respect the house and the neighbors and you’ll have a great time. Brian made me feel like an old friend and I really can’t express my gratitude enough. He was just a phone call or text away when I had questions. Oh I forgot to mention the AC skyline from the roof top deck, absolutely gorgeous. Shame our visit was during the snow storm and in January. I can only imagine what it’s like during the warmer months. The pictures of the home are just as expected. Excellent taste in the furnishings and decor.

Our large extended family had a wonderful Christmas 2025 here, and things couldn’t have gone better. This house is very well designed to balance privacy and togetherness. It was easy to find a comfortable nook (typically with a great view) to have a heart-to-heart conversation, and it also has a large open plan living room where everyone could open presents or watch Home Alone.Amenities? Yes, just read the extensive and accurate list in the property description. Beach? Less than 2 blocks away. Flexibility? First floor lounge where a smaller group can convene for a board game; two sets of washer/dryers; and the garage converts into an outdoor grill area in about 3 minutes (though we didn’t test that in December!)Our hosts couldn’t have been more responsive. They have considered every possibility and provided for it, and were always available for questions. I recommend them highly, and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

We didnt use the pool butbit was well kept. The property is beautiful and well cared for we will definitely revisit soon! Brian was the most attentive host, always available to answer questions or navigate his huge property!!! We love this house and can't wait to visit again! Thanks Brian!

Seaside Beach Mansion was the perfect place for our group of 16 friends. There was plenty of room with many areas for large groups to gather as well as areas for small groups to gather. The owner could not have been kinder or more accommodating. He greeted us when we came in and stayed in touch for the duration to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

The rooms were very nice. The two bedrooms with the tub/shower were very high tubs. Hard for older adults to get into. The kitchen with it's top of the line appliances had everything we needed. Nice and spacious. The elevator was great for our handicap family members though it doesn't go all the way to the rooftop. It was pretty neat with the fish wall. We enjoyed our stay. It is a short block away from the beach. The heated pool was just what we wanted. We hung out there when it was too windy on the beach. The outdoor bar by the pool is great! There is plenty of refrigerators for our drinks and with the four ice machines, we had plenty for our drinks. so many decks to hang out on! We would stay again.

Had a wonderful week (barring the weather) at this beautiful home. The property is conveniently situated near AC and close to the beach. The property manager was very attentive and would highly recommend this property for anyone.

Fun In the Sun

We had a great time, the house is beautiful. The accommodations were perfect for our large group, plenty of room so we were not on top of each other. Everyone enjoyed the short walk to the beach and then relaxing at the pool. Kitchen was well stocked and preparing meals was very easy with many hands wanting to cook. My only suggestion, as we are homeowners of a rental property in Corolla Light on the Outer Banks in NC, is that you add potholders and a dish rack and tray in your kitchen. I prefer washing kids sippy cups and pots and pans by hand and not putting them in the dishwashers. Brian was an excellent host in showing me around and the couple times we texted him with questions he answered right away. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!!!Greg and Cathy

Great Brigantine House

This was a perfect house for a big group looking to spend some time in Atlantic City area. Easy access to all the casinos. Owner was attentive and communicative both before and during our stay. Would highly reccommend.

We recently had the pleasure of spending a wonderful "Birthday Celebration" Family Getaway at "Seaside Beach Mansion". From the moment our reservation was made, owner Brian could not have been more kind and helpful, his home was immaculate. The beautiful kitchen was fully stocked with everything to accommodate our party of 18. Huge island and dining area provided seating for all. Bedrooms were nicely appointed and spacious. Large family room was very comfortable. Lots of inextra space for everyone to spend out.

Annual weekend get away

Annual seven couple get away (year 32). Really liked that each bedroom was spacious and had it's own bathroom. Remainder of the living spaces were very nice. As our trip was in the winter, we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. This is a great property for a larger group.

Amazing NJ Getaway

Our extended family enjoyed a beautiful stay at this wonderful home in Brigantine. The house was everything we hoped it would be. From the minute we booked, arrived & departed the owner Brian was there for us every step of the way and answered any questions/concerns we had immediately. Great for family

14 of us (eight adults and six children ranging ages six months to 12 years old) fit very comfortably into this very family-friendly home. The home comes well equipped with plenty of beach chairs, beach passes and beach towels for the entire family. There was plenty of parking for everyone who traveled from many states to meet there. The owner was very communicative leading up to the rental and responded quickly when we had questions for him. This was our first time in Brigantine, we happily realized that the location of the house lead to one of the nicest beach areas. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Amazing week on the Jersey Shore

This house was a perfect fit for our extended family of 18! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has plenty of large open spaces for all of us to gather and quite a few balconies for smaller groups. It has a well equipped kitchen and the heated pool was wonderful. Brian is a very good host and checked in on us periodically during our stay! We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Week!

Such a lovely and spacious home, about a block from the beach! Our family loved all the space and we older folks appreciated the elevator! The kids had fun in the pool after returning from the beach. We appreciated how convenient the location is to the businesses, restaurants, etc. It's in a quiet setting, and the neighbors take pride in their homes and properties. Our host, Brian, was extremely attentive and responded immediately to any of our messages. You'll be sure to have a terrific week! We did!

Quick summer getaway

Our quick summer beach house getaway was simply idyllic. Nestled on the coast, the charming house offered breathtaking ocean views and cozy accommodations. Big group?? Check out this great place!

We just finished our beach trip at this property. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to invite extended family and some friends for a beach trip. We found this property and it worked perfect for our needs. We had young children (ages 4-9), plus older family members (60’s,70’s) and everyone was accommodated. The house is clean and nicely labeled to help with any questions. Plenty of space for all of us and nicely decorated. We easily had everything we needed at the house. The pool was great as well. Location was awesome and not a long walk to the beach. Close to the playground for the kids and a short drive to shops and restaurants. Brian is an awesome host. So helpful with questions, friendly and had great communication before and throughout our trip. We would absolutely book this house again, or any of Brian’s other properties. You will not be disappointed!

Two of the best things about this property: the magnificent house; the magnificent host. The house was more than i expected. Everything one might need at home was already there. It even had a Pack n Play for the baby. Wow

Awesome Home

The mansion is unreal. Brian the owner was a pleasure to deal with. He made everything so easy. The home has it all and slept all 18 of us so very comfortable all rooms are beautifully decorated. State of the art music system with speakers throughout the home is very cool. The kitchen is very large and has all top notch appliances. This home is truly spectacular. Brian. Thank you for renting your home to us. It was awesome weekend
