Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



    NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.

Such a lovely and cozy home, we felt very comfortable here. It's a great neighbourhood with excellent restaurants nearby/within walking distance, the beach is literally two blocks away, there's a boardwalk just before the beach, tennis courts nearby, kids playground also nearby. I would definitely book this house again if I decide to return to beautiful Ventnor City! Clean house. Responsive property manager/host.
