Wonderful location to spend time with family and friends. Amenities include Free Parking, High-Speed WiFi, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Elevator, Washer and Dryer, BBQ and Large Backyard.

If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away.
You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

This area is also close to the ACME shopping center, the Community Center, miniature golf course, hockey & pickleball/tennis courts, dog park & more!

Our driveway can park up to 4 cars! Street parking is also available.
We highly recommend using Uber or Lyft to go around other neighboring towns like Atlantic City.

TRASH
Trash day is Thursday. There are multiple trash bins & recycling bins on the side of the home. Please make sure all trash is in the containers with lids on. Our maintenance team will take the trash bins to the curb on trash day.

ELEVATOR
There is an elevator in the home to assist those who are unable to climb the steps throughout the home.
Please be aware that there is a 2 PERSON MAXIMUM in the elevator for everyone's safety.

GRILL
Grill works with propane. Please do not use if you are unsure how to operate.
Be sure to turn off grill & propane when done.

FIREPIT
Works with propane. Please do not use if you are unsure how to operate.
Please make sure propane is turned off and fire is out when done.

BEACH TAGS
10 beach tags will be provided and if you need more you can purchase them from any beach tag person on the beach or online at the following link: https://www.viplypass.com/brigantine-beach-tags/

Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
- No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.

- No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected.

- Please remove shoes when entering the home.

- Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am(50 decibels).

- Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.

- If there are any guests that are 18y/o or younger, the primary renter must but 25+ y/o or older.

- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion

- Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
