KITCHEN: This well-appointed home has beautiful wood floors throughout, a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, countertop stools, and all the amenities that you will need to have a perfect stay.

LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a nicely designed, comfortable living room with ample seating and large smart TV with streaming apps for your viewing pleasure (There is no cable, only streaming apps).

BATHROOMS: There are 2 beautiful brand-new full bathrooms, 1 on the main level off of the living room and 1 on the 2nd floor in the hallway for all bedrooms to share.

The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and much more!

BACKYARD: There is a fenced in backyard patio with outdoor seating, a gas grill, and a basketball hoop.
***Please note: If the grill is used during your stay, guests are expected to clean it prior to departure and leave it in the same condition it was found. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive grill cleaning is required after checkout.

NEIGHBORHOOD: The historic Formica’s Bakery is 2 doors down and so close that you can literally smell their famous bread and treats baking! -There is only on street parking at this property.
-There is no driveway or designated parking area.
-There is on street parking where available for restricted 3 hour parking.
- We recommend parking at the Wave Garage on Fairmont and Mississippi Avenues, a few minutes from the property.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.

HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "Arctic House", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

PLEASE NOTE, OLDER, BUDGET FRIENDLY PROPERTY:
This property is a budget-friendly, older home that offers great value for guests looking for a simple and affordable stay. As an older property, it does show some signs of wear and tear, including dated finishes and furnishings, which are reflected in the pricing.

While it may not have modern updates or luxury amenities, the home is functional, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided.
-We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.
-If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.
-Atlantic City is an urban environment and, like many cities across the U.S., it can occasionally have a lively or city-like atmosphere. This may include noise from neighbors or occasional police activity in the surrounding areas. It is also a diverse cultural city, with a mix of people, backgrounds, and experiences that make it unique.
