    This top floor, spacious unit was custom built with a gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, huge quartz island, and a hand crafted locally sourced farmhouse dining table with bench seating. The kitchen is 100% fully stocked should you decide to dine in!

    Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the lovely balcony,. It is ultimate spot for relaxing with friends, enjoying a cocktail, or just taking in the gorgeous views and weather.

Relaxing

The house is in the perfect location to get to the beach and the boardwalk! It is a great place for bigger groups or families to stay in. The host is easy to communicate with and answers in a timely manner.

Big Family Vacation

The place was very well kept and was perfect for our family! There were no negative surprises, as everything matched up with and even exceeded our expectations. The property manager was fantastic with communicating with us. We had a great vacation!

Great place to stay with a large family!

We stayed here for New Years Eve weekend with 4 families and it had the perfect amount of space with a fully equipped kitchen! Highly recommend as it is in walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops!

Memorial Day Weekend

Great location!

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend wedding. The location was ideal (close to boardwalk and close to wedding at Flanders Hotel). Multiple parking spots, plentiful beach chairs and beach tags was a plus!

Perfect size and location for family getaway!

We had 12 people for a family celebration and will definitely rent this property again. Plenty of room, close to shopping and beach and the property manager was quick to respond if we had questions. The private elevator was a huge plus!

Girls and kids trip

Location to beach and boardwalk was a short walk. Clean property and house. Everything we needed. Property manager was excellent to deal with. Def recommend staying at this property. Third floor, quiet and spacious. Great for kids too.

Great rental property

Great location, clean accommodations, nice kitchen, check in process easy, owner very nice to communicate with. It would be nice to have kleenex tissues supplied. The master bath needs another towel bar and the master bedroom could use a usable mirror.

Beautiful house in great location

House was even better than we expected. The private elevator came in handy for loading and unloading heavy luggage and baby gear. Clean property with lots of space. Great for big groups!

The description and pics are accurate. 2.5 (short) blocks from beach. So spacious and kitchen fully equipped. Host very gracious and answered any questions immediately. Highly recommend!!

Excellent location, property

Great vacation in a great spot in OCNJ! We had the top floor, plenty of space and comfortable. 3 Baths made it convenient when the rooms were full. Had an issue with the wifi and electrical but the property manager took care of it. Super easy to get to the boards and the beach from this location. No problem walking to the shopping area or restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property!

The layout was very good and the noise level was excellent. Outdoor spaces were very good. On the negative side-the plug in tub would not hold for a bath. My biggest complaint was cleanliness-cheese-its under sofa, vacuum not emptied. The trash area was a disgrace, it appeared not to have enough cans for three units and area needed to be cleaned out completely. At first the garage could not be used to park a car, area had to be rearranged to be used. After mentioning all of this, the negatives did not interfere with my stay. This is my 3rd time using VRBO and I will continue to do so.

Great Stay!

Great stay! We have been renting for a week in OCNJ every year for the past 15 years. Location is our top priority, and the location of this rental is excellent—1.5 blocks to the beach, boardwalk, and Castaway Cove, a family favorite. Beds and bathrooms were also a standout. The place can sleep 15 people in comfy beds, which is rare even in a 5 bedroom rental, and if you include the outdoor shower, 5 people can shower at the same time, because the master bath actually has 2 showers, 1 tub/shower and 1 shower stall. There were also enough dining chairs for all of us to sit and eat together, also a rarity and much appreciated, and we counted 14 beach chairs for use in the garage, also rare. Also there were plenty of seasonal beach tags and 4 coffee makers (1 Keurig & 3 regular), so you are covered on coffee. The three parking spaces were also great, and the place was clean and ready at check in time. We could have used more living room seating, a larger or additional frying pan or griddle for breakfast pancakes and eggs, and a toaster (there was a toaster oven, but no toaster). We appreciated the elevator, especially when the front door lock ran out of batteries, and the elevator was the only way to access the unit until we replaced them.
