The house was exactly as listed. Loved that the TVs were already streaming for us. Host was very quick to respond with a minor hiccup. Very close to the beach, back deck and roof top deck gave you views of the ocean. Perfect house for the MS City to Shore ride.

Perfect location and home

The home was located near the boardwalk and beach which is exactly what we wanted in order to enjoy the fall weekend festival on Asbury Avenue and say goodbye to Wonderland. It was spacious and had plenty of room for our group of four. Would stay here again. Loved the rooftop deck with a great view.

Perfect relaxation

Property was exactly as advertised. Close to boardwalk and beach, close to excellent coffee shop, loved hanging out on front porch, plenty of kitchen gadgets and utensils! Our group of 5 had plenty of space. I did hope to use the upper deck more but it was rather closed in surrounded by roofs with only a tiny peek at the ocean and the sun was very intense. All-in-all a very nice place to stay for a week.

Great location / beautiful house

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was a great location, close to the beach and boardwalk. We relaxed on the porch in the evenings on the most comfortable chairs. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

4th street top condo

The house was close to the beach and the owner left beach tags and chairs. The description said a beach. Art however there was not one just a red kids wagon. House was big enough for our family and owner provided everything we needed, however bed mat towers extremely hard.

Amazing

Perfect location and a beautiful home! So close to the beach, the boardwalk, and the best of Ocean City, we were able to enjoy the beach to the fullest. On the one day it did rain heavily, we were so grateful to be spending it inside such a lovely, spacious home playing board games and laughing non stop. Scott made the process very simple, kept in contact with me when I needed help, and made our stay all the better.

Beautiful home

Super beautiful 2nd floor condo, with a roof top deck with ocean views and a view of Wonderland's ferris wheel! The kitchen was well stocked for the few times we cooked in, and we appreciated the extra beach chairs and beach umbrella supplied for our use. We had a wonderful stay and would rent this condo again in the future.

So close to the beach!

We had a great time at OC NJ !! This house was perfect for our family. The layout was awesome and there was plenty of space. The rooftop deck was a nice bonus and having the extra parking was awesome! Not to mention, the walk to the beach was so short that you could run back if you needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Scott!:)

Wonderful beach vacation home

We had a wonderful stay at our beach ‘home’ for the week. We highly recommend this property, especially for location to beach and boards, parking, and cleanliness. The only downside for us, with 2 kids under 3, was there was quite a bit of glass furniture (dining table, coffee table, etc) so it may not be the right fit if you have rambunctious little ones :) Thank you, Scott!

Had a great vacation

Loved the house, close to the beach and boardwalk but just far enough away from all the hoopla to avoid the crowds. Scott was great to work with throughout our vacation. Looking forward to staying again. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay or a better place for a relaxing vacation.

Great Location and House for Families

We had a wonderful time in Ocean City and this house was just perfect for my husband and I and our two kids, my brother and sister-in-law and their two kids and my parents. Everyone had enough space to get down time when needed and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. We loved the open floor plan and the use of the decks. The kitchen is very well equipped. We were glad to have use of some of the beach items in the garage. The wagon was especially enjoyed by our kids for walks on the boardwalk. We loved that it was quiet and we weren't right in the middle of all the noise from the boardwalk, but that it was only a short walk when we wanted to be there too. The kids, ages 2-5, all did fine with the walk to the beach, boardwalk, etc. Scott was great to work with and was very prompt and clear in all his communications. What a great house. We'd definitely recommend and stay again.

Great vacation!

Family vacation

Absolutely loved the house and location. Our rooftop decks were awesome and we spent a lot of time on one of them. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Would book again for sure. It was a great week of fun.
