Our family was staying in Atlanta for a family member's funeral and wanted to stay together. We were excited to find a house in the area that would accommodate our entire family. We were very disappointed with many of the features when we arrived. The stonework that was added to the interior to make the home "Tuscan" was poorly done - sloppy, and many of the stones were loose or missing. The bedrooms were cramped; many of the beds had only thin sheets and no comforter or bedspread. We used towels as blankets. No curtains on the windows - only blinds that have seen better days. Some of the towels were stained. Hand soap dispensers had no spigot, so the soap dribbled down the bottle. Fans are badly unbalanced in the dining area. Floors were dirty and gritty, kitchen counters sticky. Odd feature is the master bathroom, which is completely open to the bedroom - no doors in sight. Quite uncomfortable for those staying in the master bedroom.The lower-level bedroom is accessible only from the outside staircase and has a separate keypad for entry. The frustrating part is that we had to contact the management company to get the passcode instead of it being provided in the check-in instructions.The positives are that we had enough beds to accommodate us. The open concept allowed us to sit together to visit. A large driveway allowed us to turn our car around, so when we exited the driveway onto the busy street, we faced forward. VERY disappointed.

This was truly a 10/10 stay!! Found this location after a home was cancelled on me literally a few days before my family reunion on 4th of July. The service was amazing. Communication was fast and any issues I had was answered immediately. Very spacious, clean, and located near key parts of Atlanta. I could go on and on but my family enjoyed the stay as well. The bottom portion of the home had another room and kitchen that was perfect for the large amount of food we had to cook. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Enjoyable

The only issue we had was bathrooms. There were only 3 bathrooms that we had access to. And 1 of those was the large master bathroom that had no door. So all of our shy teenage girls didn’t want to shower there. Which meant 16 people had to share 2 showers. Apparently 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen is separate and that’s not how it looked on Vrbo.

Perfect Stay for family gathering!

This house was perfect for my family. The home was spacious for all of the family to spread out and we were even able to capture family portraits in the backyard! The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the host was extremely accommodating!

Fantastic choice; spacious home

Perfect base for our extended family reunion and Thanksgiving gathering. Plentiful bedrooms and bathrooms, and lovely kitchen. Only minor complaints - living room space was slow to heat up, wifi was inadequate, and mattresses were not as high quality as the rest of the home.

Birthday Palace

Hosted my 40th birthday weekend at this home and it was perfect for the occasion. Beautiful hang out area. Large kitchen and great extra pantry area for entertaining. The suite downstairs was the ultimate showpiece. I wish we would have had more time at the house but there was a city to explore, after all!

Not "luxury" at all

The place was very dirty, dirt and dust collected in every corner of the house. The air vents had so much dust collected on them Id say they hadn't been touched in a year. Beds were harder than those at a run down motel. Every bedroom had more than one bed in it, making the rooms extremely cramped. Wifi was TERRIBLE. They give you a Guest wifi that runs at 1 MBPS on average. I called about this and after some convincing they gave me the "backup" which ran like normal wifi should. (clearly they just didn't want the guests to use wifi data and cost them money) Lastly, after I completed my booking through VRBO I received an email from a third party company stating that my booking was not complete. They claimed that I had to put a deposit down on the property for an additional few hundred $ even though I HAD ALREADY FINISHED MY BOOKING THROUGH VRBO. They also requested the name and contact Information of ever person staying at the house which felt very invasive. Each time I reached out about these issues they made it seem like they were doing me a favor by not charging me the additional money or by not requiring me to give personal info out about all my guests. Overall the third party "Ga Luxury rentals" seems like a shady cash grab. They will do everything in their power to get money out of you, beyond what they already get through listing on VRBO. Would not recommend to anyone.

Disappointed

The rooms had adequate beds but the beds were too large for the small rooms. I am not a fan of mice. We found mouse droppings on the stove top at the time of check-in. The mice were running around ar night while we watched tv. With a large family it was hard to prepare meals because the house didn't have adequate kitchen ware. The internet was sleep most of our visit. The house did not include toilet paper or cleaning supplies. The best part about the house was the location.

Comfortable stay

This property met all our needs, a large kitchen, dining room/family room with plenty of room for a large extended family. The house is very functional with 6 bedrooms, though a bit odd. The primary master bedroom is open to the bathroom with little privacy, and the sixth bedroom that is separate and outside is less desirable. Overall however, this property did its job of accommodating a large group comfortably.

Great place to stay

Location was great, easy access. House was really nice and spacious and management was attentative.... The only issue was the oven and refrigerator ( bottom tray) needed cleaning... we dis not call it in because it was a short trip. Other than that, really nice place to stay.

A very nice property on a very busy street. We had a group of 7 and it was lovely for that. I have made a few suggestions to the property owners. The website needs to reflect that the 3 queen bedrooms are small and the additional single beds are actually rollaways, which we did not need. But it would make for close quarters in those rooms if they were needed. Those 3 bedrooms share a hall bathroom; the two king size masters have their own bathrooms. The downstairs "suite" is also nice but is accessed by going down multiple steps outside off the patio.
