In town for the Yankees vs Braves baseball game. Good place to stay for a few days and great location for going to the game. The area is very nice and safe. A good place but could be a great place with just a few changes. Bed in master bedroom was not very stable. Mattress was nice but the bed moved alot and made a lot of noise with any movement. Needs some maintenance on vents and accordion doors that not working very well. Paint job was not done very neatly with missed spots. Cleaning crew could have done a better job. Towels were stained and they only left 1 towel per person. Freezer door handle was broken, but the maintenance manager contacted us about it and came over to try and fix it. He was very nice and made sure to take care of anything else we needed.

My family of 4 and i traveled from CA to GA for my brothers wedding. We planned way in advance and chose to stay the week. Before we even arrived in GA, while awaiting a connecting flight, the homeowner sent me a text there was a Gas leak. He said the fire department had to turn off the gas and that he would have a plumber come the next day to fix it. I tried to be understanding and be positive about this little.hiccup but once we arrived....it got worse. We arrived 2 am. I ran a load of our traveling clothes and the washing machine made horrific sounds while.running. the next day we were notified that there was now a water.leak. a blown gasket in the washing machine that flooded the laundry ro9m and neighbors downstairs. This was not a private rental like we expected. Had plumbers and workmen coming in and out every day. After the plumber requeted i stay at the house to.let.him.in when i had wedding rehearsal plans. I had had enough. There were spiders and cobwebs everywhere. Even in the shower. I took a shower and a giant spider came down. There were loose electrical outlets with children staying in the home. Doors and drawers were vusted and did not close properly. The patio was completely filthy with debris everywhere we could not even go outside to enjoy it. The floor boards were sunken in and the bed frame felt like it was loose and going to break. There were picture framed covering/blocking holes in the walls that rodents could easily nest in.

Not happening

After arriving at location sometime after 4p because I couldn’t check in at 4p due to there door code system I was told the front door was very dirty front porch dirty couldn’t open door at first called the customer service finally able to get in. Upon entering the was a odor I went upstairs the bathroom to the right there a puddle of water on floor I was on the phone with Vacasa rep telling him this, tried to take pictures of water but couldn’t see in photo there was a board to the floor broken back porch patio has old rotten crates sitting out there. The home just didn’t feel clean beds really not proper bedding I just could not see myself staying here. The vacasa photos and the speak of home are completely different I told rep on phone I was not staying and asked for refund I contacted host whom by the way never responded to me even prior to my check in when I asked about checking in earlier upon my arrival into the state of Georgia I ended up staying at a different location and all I’m asking for is my funds to refunded back to my card

Quiet getaway.

The property was very clean and extremely quiet. There were a few issues with the upstairs bathroom but the owner fixed it very quickly.

Not recommended

3 seperate days we could not get in. Cleanliness needs improvement. Deck was rotted. 2 full bags of garbage left under cabinet in kitchen. I have photos.
