Many loiterers in the parking lot around vehiclesHomeless people all around the propertyHomeless man living in the lobby of the buildingExtremely dirty inside and outside of the buildingUsed condom on the ground outside the front door of the buildingHallway carpet outside of room was nasty, stained and skinksIn the room - Smelled mustyEntire floor was dirty, had not been touched by a cleaning crewBathroom floor was stickyShort, curly hair on one of the towels prepared for us on the bedThe couch had animal hair and grass clippings all over itVery dark inside, the furniture wasn't even the same as pictured.This was the worst experience I could have imagined. I still cannot believe this is the same place that I saw in the pictures. Extremely misleading. Even if all of the issues with the room were resolved, there is still the issue of the building itself. It's disgusting. The homeless and loitering people give me zero confidence that my vehicle would be safe overnight. This property is as poorly managed as it could be.I will say that the host was friendly in her responses and she was fairly quick to offer me a refund. I hope her the best.
