This property was exactly as listed. We had all ages from 1 to 58. My favorite room was for sure the master. It had a breakaway room for my littles so we werent cramed all in one spot and i could still watch them. The teens definitely enjoyed all the outside entertainment options. My only complaint...nothing to do with the house...ATL TRAFFIC!!!! How do yall do it! Lol. Would surely visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a funeral and I wanted a place to accommodate my large family of adult children and grandchildren. There was more than enough space and activities for everyone. The house was clean and well equipped with any and everything you could need. Also the host was very responsive!

Me and a group of work colleagues stayed at this house. It was clean with lots of space. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which was very nice! The only thing we couldn't figure out was the TV in the movie theatre room. We realized after the fact that the remote in the living room probably worked downstairs. We would definitely stay at this location again in the future.

This house was perfect for our work retreat. Provided lots of fun games and activities. Plenty of space to sleep the 14 people we had. A little tight on parking if you have more than 4 cars but I would highly recommend this house for groups of 10+

Communication was great and the house was just as advertised and very clean. Normally I would take my own bedding, but couldn't this trip. Didn't need it as everything was extremely clean and washed before the visit. Highly recommend.

We could not have been happier with our stay! Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, lots of things to keep the kids entertained and kitchen well stocked. Tiana was great at checking in, and readily available. Everything went smooth and we enjoyed our wedding weekend in Roswell.

We travel once a year to different locations, Five brothers with wives. We enjoyed our stay, it was as advertised the game room and television allowed us to enjoy the football game and karaoke. The kitchen was set up so well for my cooking family. The space was more than we needed but we enjoyed the open concept. The beds were comfortable everyone enjoyed this stay better than any we have had before. We would stay here again anytime we come to the Atlanta area. Thanks Tianna for sharing your home.

This home is wonderful. It's spacious, comfortable, and clean. The backyard and basement are full of fun activities. The host was easy to communicate with and provided all the information we needed for our stay. The home was stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, coffee, and chocolate. The location has easy access to Peachtree Corners or Downtown Roswell. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. We really enjoyed everything about our stay!

This house could’ve been more perfect for us. The 7 bedrooms were just right for our family that consisted of several generations and all ages… 2 years to 76 years old. It was clean, in a great neighborhood, and had all the amenities you’d need while away from home. The basement was a godsend for screaming kids! The host was very accessible and accommodating, even proactively checking to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything. We loved it there. We would stay again!

We booked this property a little over a month before our stay during July 4th and 48 hours before check in we were called by the property manager and told the people currently staying in the house decided to stay another night and they wouldn't be able to accommodate our first night at the property. They were able to find us another property about 30 minutes away for the first night, but it wasn't convenient at all and they said they would give us a discount and make it right. We only agreed to this if they made the current people check out early and they agreed we could check in by 11 a.m. AT THE LATEST. Come check in day at the actual house we reserved, and at 10:45 a.m. we were told the people hadn't left the house and the cleaners wouldn't have it ready until early afternoon. There was zero communication from their end and the three families with us had to kill two hours before we could get to the house. All in all, horrible communication from the property manager. They were nice and we appreciate them finding us another house for the first night, but it should have never come to that. At the end, they offered a $50 refund for our troubles, which I declined and said that was laughable and they came back with $150 which still wasn't good enough but we took it. The house was incredible and had absolutely everything we needed, but the communication and organization from the property manager was horrendous.
