"Good location, very clean room and very friendly staff. I highly recommend."

"I was grateful for somewhere to stay last minute. three people, my cousin and my big brother we were on the second floor. the three things we weren't able to use. the kitchen, the swimming pool and the laundry. the receptionist suggested they were still working on improvements. there was enough car parking on site even though it got busy over the 3day long weekend. we booked an extra day, the Friday a day before, so we could spend a leisurely day to travel, an easier day, through the motel...

"Dave and Shami are lovely hosts, we felt welcomed and had a great stay there."

"Super easy check in . Lovely accommodation, very close to Taupo city! :-)"

"Necesita decoración tanto el hall como las habitaciones. El hall parece una nave, con desorden y las habitaciones si tuviesen decoradas estarían bien. Limpio y se ve que lo han rehabilitado hace poco"

"El personal muy amable. El bufé de desayuno estupendo. Muy cerca de Te Puia "

"Ottima struttura appena rinnovata, ampio parcheggio, molto chiare anche le istruzioni per il self check in"

"Extremely disappointing customer service. I would never stay here again. After driving for several hours, I arrived exhausted. The male receptionist was cold, unfriendly and unwelcoming. He handled my ID rudely, almost forgot to return it, and didn't even say thank you. His attitude made me extremely uncomfortable. I also questioned whether his behavior was discriminatory. When delivering coffee sachets, he was all smiles, apparently before recognizing me. However, when he saw me again at...

"La habitación fue muy confortable y la ubicación del hotel, excelente "

"Easy check in after hours - staff had the heater on when we arrived."

"Exceptional. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Country Villa Estate. Danny and Mabel were fabulous hosts from the moment we arrived. We were met with a warm welcome before being shown to our very comfortable room which was beautifully decorated and with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was superb with different options each day. Mabel is a true artist with her delicious breakfast offerings. Beautiful gardens, comfortable spaces to relax, a truly unique...

"Básico, lo justo para dormir. Poco acogedor. Áspero de aspecto. Como motel de carretera. Nada que ver con otros Best Western"

"Great stay with comfortable furnishings in a convenient location. Charming little spot in a quiet neighborhood. Especially loved that it was down the street from an excellent restaurant, Urbano Bistro, for easy lunch or dinner."

"The room was very nice, clean. Had a small refrigerator, microwave, enough dishes and utensils. The only issue was trying to lock the door to the room- key was difficult, at times"

"Wifi would not work in our room. Motel under renovations."

"Me llevé una sorpresa al ver la habitación pues estaba muy sucia, los estantes llena de polvo y el lavabo aún tenía restos de cabello. Podrían mejorar el aire acondicionado pues todo la noche pasamos frío. Habían mejores comentarios en expedía, por ello me sorprendí"

"La ubicación muy buena, la atención igual, el desayuno podría mejorar, está muy básico. "
