Great getaway

Great location, fabulous hosts. Close to UGA but away from the hustle of downtown. Will definitely stay again.

Hidden Gem

Wonderful weekend in Athens at this beautiful guest house! The property is very nice, but the highlight for us was the outside sitting area by the pool! Sarah was extremely helpful and responsive!

Wonderful stay!

My family really enjoyed this gem of a rental for a college weekend. My husband said it was super nice, clean and a wonderful place to hang out for a UGA weekend ! Thank you again for your hospitality

Love this special place!

This was our second time staying at this property. The hosts made us feel so welcome. It is truly one of our favorite places to stay in Athens. Wonderful accommodations and beautiful grounds. Love this special place!

Perfect 10!

What a great place to spend a weekend in Athens! The hosts were so welcoming and hospitable throughout our stay. They made every effort to see that we had everything we needed. The property is beautifully decorated, well-equipped and the grounds are amazing. We enjoyed hanging out in the outside patio area which has a great dining and seating area, comfy chairs, heater (which we needed) and TV. Just what we needed after a busy game day. This property is located in our favorite part of Athens…close enough to walk to things, but far enough away from the hustle & bustle of downtown. We will definitely be back!

UGA Football weekend

Great place to stay while in Athens. Owners are warm and inviting. A bit of a walk to UGA, Sanford Stadium and "downtown" restaurants but won't be a problem if you are driving to UGA or Athens events. Quiet residential neighborhood is a plus for relaxation.
