"The apartment was very clean, reasonably well presented, but with slightly tired looking decoration and especially the doors. The electric heating was a nightmare to control / understand how it operated. Excellent location close to the high street in Sedburgh. On arrival the lounge / kitchen area had a strong smell of cooking, needed to have some windows opened for ventilation."

"My wife, myself, our 4 grown up children and our dog stayed for my father’s 90th birthday party weekend nearby. I grew up in the area so know it well. The house was the perfect base for us and is a charming and comfortable place to stay. It has everything you could need and the instructions, welcome pack and facilities were first rate. Easy access although would be much easier to unload from the car park? (A gate on the veranda would make a big difference). The property wasnt easily found in the dark - maybe improve directions?"
