"This hotel was good-hearted and the food was Japanese artistry. It is an older property and has a very “mountain lodge” kind of feel.

"The staff is attentive and the onsen is very relaxing. The hotel sometimes feels like a maze. Even though it said on its website that they had a SPA continuously, it was closed for the day we went (tuesday); double check that. The buffet breakfast is definitely worth taking. The walks around the hotel and next to the lake will show you beautiful sights. Walking distance to the waterside shrine and the Laketown. "

"優點是碰到的所有飯店員工都很親切，房間內部很寬敞，雖然不幸碰到下雨，但房間就能泡澡，而且飯店內部 公共澡堂有好幾個池子可以泡，完全不會無聊，另外還有四間私人浴池（不用預約，但前面有人的話要排隊等候）、一個男女共用露天浴池（要預約），泡完有冰牛奶、按摩椅，非常舒適放鬆，晚上還可以到交誼廳喝飲料，另外，吃到飽的早餐很精緻，東西也都蠻好吃的。對了，這間飯店如果要獨旅的話也很合適。
整體而言這次體驗很好，尤其每一個碰到的員工都親切微笑，讓整個住宿體驗加分。如果真的要挑缺點出來，只能想到入住的時候，因為需要花點時間跟房客講解設施位置、使用時間等，所以花了一些時間排隊等候。另外因為設施跟房間在不同棟，所以一開始花了點時間適應，但這些對整體感受影響不大。簡而言之，這間飯店就算沒有熱海煙火，也會想再去住宿享受一下。

"基本的には富士山も見れて気持ち良く過ごせました！
ただ私はなるべく乾燥させたくないので暖房をつけず、寒すぎてほぼ眠れなかったです。
家ではぽかぽかの格好にしてるので、足首など出て布団一枚だと自分の体温が全く上がらずでした。
最終的に夫を起こして、同じ布団に入ってもらい、夫 の布団もかけて２枚にして3時間弱位寝ました笑
他は朝食もたっぷり頂き、快適に過ごせました！

"We had a very nice stay. The shower, the sauna and private onsen made our day. We wash our clothes and took time to have a pretty nice family time. The view was espectacular saw Mount Fuji the whole day! It is easy to check in and check out, although the check out time is early (10am).
