"We visited this property for a short stay and it meet our expectations for the value. Contact with host was easy and property manager coordinated return of a personal item we forgot which was so kind.This cottage makes good use of the space and the decore is fun. Pictures make it look slightly larger than it is and all bedrooms are open to other spaces but for our family that was not an issue. "Stayed with family, including two toddlers, over the holidays. The house had plenty of space for everyone and was very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive as well. Would definitely stay again."

"We rented this house for a mini getaway for our family and dog. It was adorably decorated and cozy. We loved the little touches that made it special: the old books, the fireplace, the blue themed colors, the fire pit outside.The best part was the view of the lake. My favorite memory was wrapped in a blanked on the porch drinking my coffee overlooking the lake and listening to the birds chirping. "

"This is a one bedroom apartment in a VERY quiet building. I could listen to birds outside all day long; very unusual in an apartment setting, especially during the day. The apartment has a spacious living area, kitchen and bedroom and very functional bathroom. Truly couldn’t find a better, cleaner, more appealing and private place to stay in Manchester. The care of the owner in every aspect is obvious. "

"An easy drive from Bradley airport, this studio is excellently located in a small community off the “main drag” between Hartford and Springfield. It is an easy walk, just past the idyllic and scenic millpond, to the Broad Brook Opera House. All the amenities were there even dog bowls and plenty of Dunkin’ coffee. (It is New England and they love their Dunkin’ coffee.) Nice and clean. Directions were excellent. Parking was never an issue. Would stay again."

"Loved everything about the caboose. Immaculately clean and the attention to detail. The only problem is the beds. They have the old metal springs which one of the most uncomfortable and painful sleeping experiences of my life. Maybe ok for little kids but not a person in their 50’s. We ended up sleeping in the 2 chairs. Area did not have too much but I did love watching the functional trains across the back area. I would give my review 5 stars except for the beds."

"It was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and exactly like the photos. Super quiet and peaceful. The only issues were needing a boost to get in the bed because they are high and im quite short. A stool would be helpful. And the shower is quite small but we made it work. The stay was so great we didn't mind these 2 things enough to bother about it. I would stay there again if I'm in the area!"

"We were 4 adults needing a place to sleep for a family event being hosted in Salem, CT. About a 25 minute drive. Small house in a quiet neighborhood, with a nice deck out front. Clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy beds and plenty of kitchen essentials. Seemed like a nice location to spend some time relaxing, which we were not able to enjoy as our weekend was jam packed with family down in Salem. Hopefully, we get to come back again with more time to explore. "
