"The place is clearly a newly rennovated farm building, perhaps to the extent of being a re-build on an existing foot print. It looks like there might end up being around 8 rental properties on site. The kitchen is well laid out, and whilst there was pleny of stuff for the three of us, I think a few top-ups might be in order if this is really intended for 4-6 people. Hot water is through a tank, so limited in quantity - there was just enough for showers (in the small downstairs bathroom) but one...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Lakeview Barn , it was spacious and clean and the location was perfect for the purpose of our trip , to visit family in the area. Its location on the lake and nearby Hicks cycle centre make it a great base for outdoor activities too. My son really enjoyed fishing and would have made more use of the lake if the weather had not been so wet !"

"Excellent value for money.
Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox.
Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back.
This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains).
Bed was really comfy and fresh.
Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops.
Only downside...

"Such a nice place to stay. Peaceful with lovely views. A short drive to pubs & shops. We were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area followed by some cozy nights. The Christmas decorations were a lovely touch. We'll be back!"
