"This property was just what my college friends abs I needed for a short trip to Charlottesville for a football game. The house was clean, well appointed, and had plenty of space. Victoria communicated about the house, check-in, check out clearly and timely. This would also be a great place to stay if you are heading to the area to go wine tasting as it is close to a number of vineyards. The owners were clear that they have a dog, but the house was clean top to bottom with no evidence of any dog...

"This home fit the needs of my family that were visiting from out of town for my wedding. The only feedback that I got was that they wished there was a TV for them to use. Also there was minimal seating available in the living room so the family couldn't all be together in one common space. "

"This unit was exactly as described in the pictures. Only 4 min to Monticello, and 15 min from UVA, this location was fantastic. But what was best was the management. There was a miscommunication on my part and they managed it professionally, courteously, and with grace. The true colors show not when everything goes smoothly, but when there are bumps in the road, and this management handled it very well. Would definitely stay here, and recommend to all my friends in the future."

"A cute studio apartment. It was quiet. The shower was a good size and hot water temperature was perfect. Bed was comfortable. TV was a bit small, but who watches TV on vacation. It would've been easier to find the door with some lights or a pathway. Property was a bit tricky to find with no signs. I would stay here again next time I'm in the area. "
