    Residence du Parc is a well appointed brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Architecturally designed to capture views over-looking the Shotover River and alpine scenery.

    The apartment is situated on level 2 of a boutique apartment complex and offers privacy and quiet whilst just an 8 minute drive from central Queenstown. Relax on your own private balcony after a busy day of adventures.

    The apartment is perfectly configured for couples or families traveling together with an open plan living dining area and spacious bedroom and bathrooms. Master bedrooms offer alpine views.

    A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of dining in or enjoy some of the surrounding restaurants & cafes.

    Please enquire regarding larger groups or families traveling together as we also manage apartments 9 in the same building.

    Located next door to Cargo Tap Room at Gantleys. In summer Gantley’s offers a large grassy beer garden and in winter it is the perfect place to visit for Après ski
    Onsen Hotpools is also located next door and is the ideal place to visit after a day on the mountain.

    The apartment complex is located on a private lane off Arthurs Point Road - Powder Terrace. The apartment complex facilities also include a lift.

    The apartment is managed exclusively by Harcourts Holiday Homes and means that they are able to ensure everything in our apartment is kept up to the highest standards, and while they operate NZ office hours, they are always available to send the appropriate person around to ensure any urgent problem is fixed immediately. Having access to emergency services such as plumbers and electricians, provide peace of mind to us, so that your stay will never be compromised.

    The Arthurs Point area has a selection of cafes with a pizza restaurant, pub, craft brewery and Onsen Hotpools is right next door to the Residence du Parc complex. Enjoy the nearby activities - indoor bowling, Shotover Jet and Walking Tracks.

    There is a public bus service and bus stop adjacent to the apartment complex on Arthurs Point Road.

    This home is privately owned, we ask you to take good care of it.
    Harcourts Property Management and Rentals inspects each home before and after each guest booking to ensure the home remains at a high standard.
    Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.

    Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival
    Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.

    NO SMOKING POLICY -室内外禁止吸烟 -Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home, outside or in any of the common areas. Breach of this policy will result in a cleaning fee being applied to the guest who made the booking.

    Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $40.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ.

    As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap.
    The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.

    RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking.

    As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.

    DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE
    We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.
