"The property is very nice. Looked very new inside and very clean. There were a few hiccups. The shower cut off for about 30 minutes in the middle of a shower. There were no linens for the sofa bed. The bar and restaurant are closed on Monday and Tuesday and I wasn't advised of this until I had already arrived in the UK. If it were not for those things, I would have given 5 stars."

Shops and restaurants and bars were of walkable distance, rooms had everything we needed and staff were friendly and more than helpful with any other needs. "We had such a fantastic stay. The hotel is right opposite two bus stops which take you right to Newport, Ryde and Sandown and there is a Co-Op just down the road. The staff were so welcoming and exceptionally friendly. The room was restocked daily and cleaned beautifully. The food on the restaurant was outstanding. It can be a bit noisy until 11 due to it being a pub but it was not ongoing and we were not disturbed by it. We could not have asked for another place to stay."
