The arcades were a hit with the kids! Great location - close to market and a brewery - and sno parks were too far out. Family really enjoyed the stay.

It was great. The house was clean and well stocked. It was close to the grocery store and various attractions. There was plenty of driveway parking. We were able to see the deer outside. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us.

We got together with friends and family for a weekend of wine tasting and a concert. This house suited our needs perfectly! Bedrooms were nice, comfy beds, fluffy towels, nice bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and great porch for outdoor socializing. We made dinner one night and breakfast both mornings and had room to sit around the table together. We had a great time and definitely recommend!

Very easy check in/check out process. Managers were easy to get ahold of, friendly and answered my questions. Excellent location of cabin. Super close to White Pines Lake, Calaveras State Park (Big Trees), Mercer Caverns, stores and restaurants. Cabin matched its online description. We loved the game room, big sectional couch and dining room. House was clean and well stocked with supplies. The only supplies I would have added were ice trays and garbage bags. We loved the cabin overall and would definitely stay there again!

This property was wonderful, owners are generous and provide ALL necessities as well as entertainment with an amazing selection of games. My only suggestion would be to clean all the deck area and provide seating in order for guest to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

This house has great potential. It is big, clean and has games and books. However, it is written in vrbo it fits 12 people, while it has only 11 beds. In addition, there were only 9 towels. The host was very nice but didn't answer our complaint. We still had a great time, but we had to bring an extra mattress and towels. I'm sure this place could be great if those things would be fixed.

Easy check in - appreciated that there were clear instructions that felt friendly and welcoming (not a list of rules), and matched the information on the listing. The house was lovely and clean - we felt right at home! I also really appreciated the host’s timely responses about road conditions and suggestions for groceries.

It’s all like the pictures and more!! If you are skeptical or doubt when you see pictures of this place that’s how I was but when I got there this place was just like described and looks. Perfect picture! Perfect place!!

This property exceeded our expectations and would love to visit again soon. We visited over Labor Day Weekend and were impressed by how available the owners were with questions I had about the property. They answered the questions within minutes of me asking! They even let us check in at 10am instead of the normal check in time. The house is extremely clean and was set up perfectly for our growing family of 12. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. The game room in the upstairs was perfect and provided lots of laughs every evening. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Great wrap around deck, barbeque and parking for four cars. Wonderful location close to Big Trees and White Pines Lake. Don't look anywhere else if you are looking to stay in the Arnold area. Thank you for letting us stay in your property!

We loved staying at this home and can’t wait to come back! There were 11 of us, 6 adults and our 5 teens—we were close to everything we wanted to do but also completely content to hang out at the house, relax and play games. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a crowd! House was so clean and well appointed.

Lovely home that worked beautifully bringing the family together to celebrate our graduations. Loved the stenciling on the kitchen cabinets, which made cooking the family meals so easy. Nicely stocked kitchen supplies. Family game room and stock of games was a special treat. Thank you for sharing your home.

It's outwards appearance fools you. The home is very comfortable and inviting. The place is well laid out with plenty of room for all. The kitchen is well equip. There are plenty of soft towels and has a washer and dryer on premises conveniently located in the first floor bathroom. The grocery store is convenient distance from the cabin, may not within walking distance for the novice (0.9 miles). Lots of good/great restaurant options. We loved spending the day a The Big Trees state Park, Columbia, Murphy’s, Mercer Caverns and exploring in general. This was our first year that we didn’t stay in Blue Lake Spring. The owners are really helpful and friendly and can highly recommend staying at Buck Meadows Chalet.
