We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. There were a couple issues that come with the territory of a tiny house cabin (power outages if too many appliances/lights used at once, BYO drinking water recommended) but the property was very charming.
