Everything was so clean and neat, cabin was really nice. Peaceful and quiet, nice mountain view. Front desk really nice.

The cottages were quaint. We really liked the big tv. The inside was clean. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain. We will return again.

I booked a cabin, paid upfront, and they tried to put me in a motel room at the same price. They put someone else in my cabin, so finally they put me in a different one with no loft. The parking they suggested was not great, and the fan in the bathroom made weird noises. Whoever cleaned didn't check the coffee pot, where it looked like a science experiment was brewing. Book at your own risk.

Second time in the same cabin. Just far enough from downtown Williams to be quiet and relaxing. As some have noted, these are primarily "sleeping" cabins with the bed occupying most of the main floor and a low ceilinged loft with two sleeping pads. I'm 5'11" and had not problem sleeping in the loft. The pads are surprisingly comfortable. If you're looking for a Holiday Inn experience, this isn't it. But if you want a clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable place to rest and relax between trips to the surrounding attractions, including the Grand Canyon, then these are a real bargain.
