"Very disappointing and unsafe experience. I booked a room with a king-size bed. From the outside, the hotel looked fine, but when we entered the room, we were shocked. There was a strong cigarette smell, a dirty floor, exposed electrical sockets, and a large hole in the bathroom ceiling. The room clearly did not look ready or safe for guests.
