"I was SO HAPPY to find this diamond in the rough!! We have never been in the Denton area and my Grandaughter had a dance convention at the Embassy Suites. This home was about 7 minutes away and a straight shot down Panhandle. (The street). The home was beautiful, clean (huge plus), spacious bedrooms, quite cozy. It was easy access to all of our needs. Target, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Natural Grocers, Chipotle, McDonalds. My only regret is I didn’t get to meet and show some love to Titus, their...

"A I've stayed at dozens of rentals and Dil was my favorite host ever. We felt right at home. Clean, safe, quiet, pet/kid-friendly... everything we were looking for and more. We loved the donkeys, pony, bird-watching, thoughtful treats and coffee/tea selection. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next stay. Thanks, Dil!"

"We met here with my parents for a weekend birthday party and baby shower. Fantastic for having more than 6 people comfortable and happy. Back yard was great to sit out with the family and hang out for a good couple hours. The only issue was there was more than a few ant hills and we got bit couple times. Very clean and quiet. "Sat out in front of rental for an hour and forty-five minutes waiting to get in. Blue couches are beautiful but utterly devoid of padding: You feel every piece of wood used to build it. Towels were as thin as Kleenex (except there were no Kleenex anywhere). Nothing but overhead lighting in the living room, so it is either pitch dark or you are performing surgery. Otherwise, the duplex and neighborhhod are both very nice and conveniently located."
