We had everything we needed for a great visit to Denton. It is very close to the UNT campus and the backyard is wonderful to relax and unwind. The house is full of unique art and special touches! This was our 2nd visit and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Art Haven is simply amazing. Everything about this stay was top notch. Marguerite went well beyond making sure our stay relaxing and comfy. We will certainly be back. Not only was the home great, the location was perfect . 3 min drive to UNT.

Beautiful home. Perfect hospitality.I've stayed in a LOT of VRBO homes. Most are fine (-it's like property managers all work from the same manual on how to provide a good experience for renters-). It's rare to find a property manager who knows what true hospitality is, but Margarete is one who has that gift .... She went above and beyond by asking about things we might like, then she provided it. Then, even more surprisingly, she asked me to give her feedback on what she'd done .... She was simultaneously attentive and unobtrusive .... The home is perfectly clean and generously-stocked, and has elements in it that you just don't find in other rental properties. We were delighted with the "chapelle," and the albums and, of course, the artwork totally engaged us .... I could go on. Suffice it to say that if you're trying to decide, no need to look further. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed in Art Haven.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Art Haven! The house was perfect, extremely clean, beyond comfortable, well designed and creative, and the owner was generous and attentive and helpful. We wanted for nothing, was provided with excellent recommendations, and she left out subtle touches that were specifically geared for myself and my kids. I hope to visit Denton many times in the future and do not want to stay anywhere else. I’ve never had such a stress free wonderful experience.

Art House perfect for UNT event

We stayed here to celebrate our masters of composition student graduating! It was the perfect place to have as a homebase over the weekend to get back-and-forth to the campus. The property and the garden is beautiful. Everything is labeled so you know how to use it. It’s great. I had a few questions on the host responded very quickly.

Cozy and convenient location

The home located conveniently one block from UNT campus provided us with comfort and relaxation. The beautifully decorated home and host were very welcoming; all our needs were met. The home was also allowed us to tour the region since this was our first visit to the area. Definitely recommend staying here.

Quiet comfort full of fun and beautiful art!

Wow is the first thing that comes to mind regarding our stayat Art Haven: Immersive Art Stay! From the moment you walk though the front door you feel at home except better! We loved every moment! They truly know how to make you feel welcome! The home is set up perfectly and you have everything you could possibly need. Also, take time to spin some records. The collection they have is on point! We will stay here again!!

Like staying a a best friend's house who has impeccable taste

This home was so VERY comfortable! We felt like we were staying at a best friend's house who has incredible taste in decor and art, but moreover, went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. Everything was provided from all one needs for coffee to midnight snacks to Q-tips in the bathroom. Comfortable beds, cozy living room, completely stocked kitchen, and fun dining room. It was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. We were in Denton for my nephew's wedding, and if we ever find ourselves there again, we definitely will be staying at Art Haven.

Gorgeous home for a getaway!

No detail is overlooked in this lovely home near the UNT campus. The art is stunning, rooms are beautifully appointed, and the property is so peaceful. Our host was very communicative and welcoming, and I’d absolutely book with her again. I highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area!

The Taj Mahal of Denton

As a veteran VRBO renter, ArtHaven is among the best. The Biltmore Estate of Denton..the Taj Mahal? Every review raves about the decorations..ok, agreed..however I choose to focus on the functionality of the entire property AND the thoughtful ways the owner makes sure you lack nothing at your home away from home. For example, my husband forgot his toothbrush. No problem..there was not one but TWO extra in the master bathroom awaiting a new owner. We grilled steaks on the gas grill, and there was an entire KIT of nice grill instruments tucked away in the kitchen pantry. A working fountain in the backyard and seating area illuminated by strings of lights, (never did figure out how they came on..pretty sure it was magic). Spacious kitchen and though this particular trip I didn’t cook much, we had everything at our disposal from olive oil to parchment paper. We had a couple people over to eat twice, and it was pretty sweet to play a Nat King Cole record on a real record player for background music. The entire house is immaculate, and not only the backyard, but the front yard have areas to gather outdoors. I visited the Dime store, (a tip from a card in the home), and walked around Denton square. We hope to book this property again in the future, so it is just fine with me if y’all all go stay somewhere else. My husband and I have always felt that any visitor to our home should be treated like royalty. This time WE were the recipients of the royal treatment.

Attention to detail throughout!

Was in town for a campus tour. This house was amazing. When we first got there, we did not want to leave for dinner. We enjoyed the record player so much that we bought more records at the record store in downtown and played into the night. The attention to detail is so beautiful and thoughtful. We had fresh ground coffee in the morning. And made popcorn that was on the counter in a bowl of snacks. So thoughtful and very appreciated. You can tell a lot of love went into decorating the space. The amount of plants is insane. Definitely would love to come back if ever in the area.
