"A very cozy, private place. It beats staying in a hotel room and it was priced about the same or even less. We enjoyed just sitting on the front deck and having our wine & beer. No view, but very peaceful and private. It was clean and well attended. It is older style. The futon in the front room was too low to floor for us older folks, but we managed. "Comfortable housing and amenities. We enjoyed our time here - 3 nights. Management was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. The kids liked the pool and playground and the pond with its fountains and ducks. I liked having the washer/dryer in the home. There were a few things lacking such as dish towels, kitchen utensils/colander, a couple of hand towels, and a fire starter for the community fire pit."

"We loved our stay at Josie’s place! It was a lovely, spacious, affordable home central to a lot of outdoor activities in the area. We went to Ouray, Ridgeway State Park, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’ve got two littles, and the house was very kid friendly. "

"We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"Llegué a hacer check in . Al hotel a las 11pm y tenían un letrero en la puerta que tenia que ir a otro hotel que estaba a 10 minutos para recoger mis llaves . Me fui al otro hotel para recoger mi llave , regresé al mi hotel original y no servía la llave para abrir la puerta . Tenía q llamar y otra vez regresé al otro hotel para recoger otras llaves … es el peor hotel que puede existir. El toile no sirve … Necesito el reembolso de mi dinero que pagué por ese hotel"
