"The owners were most accommodating and friendly. Very cute place and set up for a fun 2 to 3 day vaca stay to see LV. But longer than that, it is recommended to possibly check into a longer stay place. But everything was set up nicely for a short vacation weekend to see the town. The out side dog area was perfect for a dog, with a shade fruit tree and green grass. The yard is secured good for a small dog. We once again, thank the owners for a extended stay."

"The room was fine. Some of the furniture shows signs of wear. Specifically the bench by the bed and the couch have quite a bit of stains. The view is pretty nice, no balcony though so keep that in mind. I like that the hotel is connected to the MGM. Access to the strip is really convenient. Communal bath products. The pull out bed is pretty thin but served its purpose. The main bed is comfy. I booked for NYE so on a week when Vegas prices are insane, this was a good value. I liked the free...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the MGM Signature Tower 1. The Starbucks in the lobby and the closeness to the MGM pool complex and ride share pickup point was what made us choose it over the other two towers. Room was just as described and had a great strip view. It was so nice to have a fridge available for drinks and leftovers. Bathroom was large and having a separate WC was awesome! It was quiet and the elevators were ample and quick. The only hiccups were that our flight in got delayed...
