"I actually like everything: clean, beautiful, with a lot of entertainment for kids as well as adults. Nice sea, very clean and not too shallow. Good food, kind and helpful staff. Kids club is quite big and there are a lot of activities. Shella from kids club is amazing with kids! Aysa and Desi ( sorry if I my spelling is wrong) are very kind and nice with kids as well. Can’t wait to come back when everything around the resort is finished and spa is open. Still even now the resort is really...

"Front office staffs were polite, helpful and friendly. Room was made available to us 1 hr before check in time. Room was clean and with standard amenities. Location just 5 mi s walk from Batam Center Ferry Terminal. Opposite hotel is a shopping mall that have a variety of food options, hypermarket, Starbucks, bakery etc."
