"This is a great place to stay because it’s so central to most everything you want to see in the greater LA area. Unless there’s intense traffic, it seems to be about 20 minutes to each museum, etc. Also, there’s some very nice restaurants, literally a very short walk from the apartment Cuban Russian and Japanese delicious."

"We drove down to N Hollywood from Idaho to attend a taping of a comedy show at the El Portal theater and visit relatives that live in the area. The pictures don't to the Villa justice, it definitely exceeds the pictures. It is a quaint place that is very comfortable. Located in an established neighborhood it is close to everything you could want. Great food and good entertainment."

"We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends."

"Our family had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is spacious and very nicely decorated. The back yard and pool make it feel as though you are at your own mini resort. We loved the kitchen, dining and living room area for family fun in the evenings. The 3-4 minute drive to Universal made a long day much more tolerable since we were there and back home in literally no time flat, even in rush hour. We had a minor, technical hiccup, but the owners were readily available and easy to reach....

"The house was simply fantastic! It comfortably accommodated our group of 12 with no issues. The kitchen was generously stocked, and the cleanliness of the place was commendable. Its central location allowed for easy access to everything. The house rules were a bit extensive but understandable given the standard of the property.
