We are very happy with this spacious corner unit. Even though it was located near the road it was very quiet and peaceful. The bed was super comfortable with very nice pillow pillows and blankets. The full size kitchen made it very easy to cook and have guests over

Great location, easy process, effortless vacation!

Property was just as pictured, nice and clean (dropped a star on cleanliness just because a few spots could use some maintenance - paint touchups and a loose chair leg on one of the dining chairs). With this location, it was mostly a place to sleep, shower, change, and get back out to the beach/pool/trails. Very comfortable with a family of four - two in the bedroom, two on the fold-out couch bed. Check-in was seamless, check out was the easiest I've ever had on a VRBO (start the dishwasher on your way out!), host was responsive and anticipated most of our questions with well-timed communications. Fantastic place to relax. The unit is right next to the walking path down to the beach.

Perfect for us!

This unit initially got my attention because it is a ground floor unit and we are traveling with my elderly mother. As I compared it to other units, I noticed that this unit has a lot more windows than other units, so we booked it. I'm so glad we did, it was perfect for us. The front door is at street level but it's actually above the parking garage so the kitchen, dining room and living room windows and balcony make you feel you are on the second floor. There's lots of natural light and greenery, and the kitchen looks down at the street which is fun for people watching. We loved it so much, we booked an extra night while we were there. We got lots of use of the kitchen and fireplace. (Even though we stayed in June, it was pretty cold due to the fog.) We highly recommend this unit.The property manager was also very responsive and gave us 5 star service!

Clean property, great location

Very clean. Supplies were limited. No kitchen towels or containers to be able to heat food in. Overall however it was a great place. Would stay again but bring some extra needed items.

First time staying at Seascape. Was here for a weekend gathering with friends. Unit is very spacious and is centrally located; close to many paths and within walking distance to everything. Is an end unit with many windows for daylight but no ground level patio with direct view of ocean.

Dirty & Broken

We were excited about staying at this property. Overall the resort was lovely but this particular unit and manager I strongly warn against. We checked in to a filthy, uncleaned unit- slept in bed, dirty dishes and towels...when we called they were unapologetic and said it must have been missed getting cleaned, we had to leave and come back. So we couldn't get back in until almost 3 hrs after check in time. When we came back there were dirty dishes with food still on them in the cabinets and drawers. The fireplace AND heater were broken. Apparently this was known and never disclosed to us. We only had a space heater. The management company was unapologetic and made no attempt to rectify any of these issues. This is my first ever negative review for anything but must warn others.

We liked it was a large size unit and that it had a private patio. The bed was not very firm, probably needs to be upgraded to a new one, white linen would make it feel more like a resort The patio door was very hard to open and close, there were ants on the kitchen counter unfortunately. Other than that we had a plaisant stay.

The mattress reeked of mold & urine with obvious staining.

We have stayed at this resort at least 5 times this year. This was the 1st in this unit. It says it sleeps 5, but when we pulled out the couch bed it reeked of mold and urine. There’s mold on the under portion of the mattress & a huge stain on the top of it. The blankets were dirty with a brown substance & smelled like they hadn’t been washed. The sheets also had stains. There was only a full size bed for my husband, myself & my 2 boys. There were sleep mats in the closet, but those are ripped open with dirty foam exposed. When we contacted the property manager they responded by dropping off clean sheets & a blanket…so my kids could sleep on the floor?! Also disappointing during this stay was that the pools were not heated as they were working on the heating system. One of the reasons we love staying at Seascape is because it’s fun to be able to come up from the beach once the sun goes down & still enjoy the pool & hot tubs. When things are up and running, this is a great resort. Find another unit because there are some really nice ones that are well maintained and clean. The Seascape property is in a great location & provides wonderful get away.
