"This is a beautiful condo - recently remodeled with such lovely high end finishes - and the beds are SO comfy! Sandi is an amazing host, and I always love the incredible ocean views (sea lions, dolphins, and whales on the horizon this trip!), the incredible proximity to the beach - not to mention the property at Pajaro is great. I can't wait to stay again - and the induction stovetop in the remodeled kitchen is also amazing!"

"A very peaceful stay at a truly exceptional property - even better than it looks in the photos. Being at the front of one of the Shorebirds buildings, there are private, unobstructed oceanfront views from both the bedroom and the living room, and 180 views along the beach from the deck.Nicole has equipped the property very thoughtfully with absolutely everything needed for a very comfortable stay, made all the better by falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves."

"The place was spacious and nicely decorated. I liked that there was a dining table but also a desk. The hosts are quick at replying to messages and answering questions. The location is in a lively area, so it is a bit noisy until late at night. There’s a lot of shops within easy walking distance. Highly recommended!"

"This review describes an ADA unit in hopes to help someone that needs it to make an informed decision.The master bedroom has a queen size bed instead of a king to allow space for a wheelchair to pass. The masterbath has a tub with a bench on one end and there are handrails everywhere. The sink does not have bottom cabinets to allow full access with a wheelchair.The second bathroom also has plenty of handrails and a roll in shower. The kitchen had no bottom cabinets in some areas and the upper...

"Run down rental. Mildew in showers. Main floor dirty, I worse shoes to keep my feet clean. No fitted sheets on bed and a fitted sheet was laid over the comforters. A lot of stairs to get to upstairs bedrooms. It was a decent place to stay. "
