We had an amazing time at this rental. Beds were very comfortable, and location was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and watching the whales from the balcony! It’s a lovely walk down to the beach, and we saw and listened to lots of wildlife. Owner communicated well, and we had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again!

Restful and relaxing with an ocean view

Wonderful livingroom, makes you feel right at home with a great view of the ocean. A nice walk down to the beach from the room. Bedrooms were comfortable with great bedding. Well supplies kitchen with everything you need for any meal. Enjoyed our stay.

Quick Weekend Getaway

Spent a quick weekend on the Coast to celebrate my Wife’s 50th Birthday. We had a great time with friends and really enjoyed the location. We did not spend a lot of time at the property but the place was clean and as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The property was not clean at arrival. Toilet was labeled clean despite not being even flushed. Large spider webs and dirty tables in balconies. Bedding was not clean. Dishwasher was not working properly. About to tip over when got to the spin cycle. Could not use! There was coffee there but there was no filter to use in machine. Overall, we were expecting better than that the way it was advertise!

Coastal recovery

My wife had surgery in the area, and we were requested to remain close to the hospital for a couple weeks. I located this listing and found the cost was lower than any of the other locations in the same complex. I contacted Tria, who was exceptional at returning questions. We stayed for 13 nights, so having a good size property was necessary. Our children stayed with us over Thanksgiving weekend. We were able to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen. The dining room table was good size and comfortably seats 6 people. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient with this long of a stay. Make sure you check the lint trap in the dryer. I found it quite clogged from numerous uses without being cleaned. The views from both balconies is fantastic. You can look down the edge of the property and right into the clearing leading to the beach. This gives you a great view of the waves coming into the beach. There were also 4 deer that would come out a couple times a day and eat the grass just below our balcony. You have easy access to the beach, via stairs leading down. Very nice area for a vacation. I highly recommend it.

Perfect stay

Everything you would need to cook in a perfectly clean space. Great to have in unit laundry, a nice fireplace for the chilly nights, and access to Seascape pool and spa super near by (could have used some cleaning, but not the host’s fault). Great stay!

The house is really nice!

We stayed at this home in seascape resort and the home was real nice. It was very clean, the decor was really nice and it was very spacious. The beach is walking distance and the beach was quite empty and almost to ourselves. Communication was also great and received prompt reply to any questions we might have. There are no amenities for infants like high chair, crib, etc but we were able to manage without it.

Great experience, and great value. Just what my family needed. Rooms are spacious with wonderful ocean views. Kitchen is fully stocked, even with plates, bowls and utensils for kids. Would definitely go back here.
