"Access to the charming beach was incredible - just a very short walk down the one-way road. The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by mature trees. The rooms were comfy and it had everything we needed. Parking was fine - two cars in the driveway as promised. Aptos is a lovely village - there is a great place for ice cream near the huge grocery store up the road too."

"Family of 5 here. This house definitely met our expectations. It was nice that the house provided some beach toys so it was less we had to worry about packing. The rooms worked out well for all of us and the upstairs is great for cooking and taking in the beautiful view. Short walk to the beach (about 5 minutes) and it was nice to be able to grill. The only thing missing for outside patio area would be a little table to be able to eat out there. Otherwise, great spot!"

"I've stayed at this resort before, but i was even more impressed with this condo. First impression of the place was how clean it was and smelled very nice! Beautifully decorated and stocked well. It made our beach day that much easier. David was so helpful with ideas and generous with our special request. I appreciated the quick responses. Overall we left feeling like the owner really cares about his place and we knew right away that we want to come back to this very same home. Ten out of ten."
