The CBD was a 15min walk or the Red Cat stop was just on the other side of the street. Street parking was great on a Sunday however possibly tricky to navigate on a weekday or weekend."

"The bed was extremely comfortable and my room was refreshed daily. Property is close enough to walk to cbd and East Perth bus/train station. Diverse range of cafe/bars in the area for cocktail try Bar Love. The rooms are very dated and the over sized spa bath is tricky to get in and out off to have a shower. The hotel is large and would make a great conversion into self-contained units."

We found trash under the bed from previous guests (in addition to a lot of dust), so it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. The room that was supposed to accommodate two people was not suitable for that. It had no windows and was very small, so don’t book here if you have claustrophobia. "It was ok, but missed the mark. I usually try and be positive but this place markets itself as a chic inner city stay, the reality is it feels kind of cheap and is abit grubby. The quilt wasn’t in a cover and was foul and stained and the horrible industrial grade carpet had really weird stains too. Appreciate that the noise and arrests happening outside aren’t the properties fault but it all added up to a weird stay."
