"Location and rooftop bar are probably the only things we liked. The bed was comfortable and the hairdryer good. The concierge/ lift attendant was superb. She was friendly welcoming and explained the lift use and procedures. The room was a king deluxe on the 10th floor. The lighting is very dim. The bathroom has very poor lighting. Impossible for me to do make up. The toilet and shower share a sliding door so both facilities cannot be used at the same time - even with the door closed on the...

"The community cafe, for breakfast meals was excellent, the best eggs Benedict I have ever had. You need a masters degree in technology to operate the 50 inch television. The rooftop bar and formal dinning a little expensive. Great choice of meals excellent service. Above all the staff were extremely accomodating."

"This was our second stay here as our choice for accommodation. We were lucky to get the same room which was great. The room well set up with kitchen facilities, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Bed comfy too and quiet as well. Did not use the gym on the 10th floor but able to get filtered water for our daily outings. The location is fantastic close to Purple cat stop to get around. We would recommend this hotel for its location and closeness to free public transportation Cats"
