"We were the commercial- 4 friends needed a place to stay before a retreat in Hancock , NH. This spacious, immaculately clean 4 bedroom, 2 bath (actually 2apartments) was just what we needed! Comfortable couches and beds, beautiful appliances, and a before bed hot tub! It was perfect for our needs. Host was immediately available for a minor issue. Appreciated the great renovation of this old farmhouse and the labelling of all drawers and light switches."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. We did not use the water activities due to weather, but we went for the cool tempertures and fall leaves. Tom is great and available for any questions. "His property was the perfect base to ski at Sunapee and explore the area around Newbury and New London. House is fully outfitted, and may be the most completely outfitted rental we've ever had! "This house was perfect. It was clean, and well equipped. Beautiful location. We found so many nearby fall activities. And the foliage was peaking, everywhere was beautiful. The Intervale Pancake House next to Pats Peak has a great breakfast. Hikes in Fox Forest. I enjoyed sitting on the dock in the morning with my coffee and the evening with my wine. If you’re looking for a not too far fall getaway, this place is what you want! Thank you Tim!"

"We used this house as a base for a for a week long Mother-Daughter-Granddaughter get together. "We spent the week before Christmas at Well Sweep for the second year in a row. It was another wonderful visit to a charming part of the Northeast. We skied all over New Hampshire and Vermont and enjoyed the local restaurants and attractions. The barn is a beautiful property and very well equipped. The owner and caretaker were very communicative and helpful, making it a seamless stay. Highly recommended."

"pros: El host/ dueño es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar.La propiedad está literal a una cuadra y media del resort de ski.la calefacción de la habitación y del baño funcionan de maravilla y tener frigobar y micro es un plus. Contra: Las camas son cómodas pero suenan al moverte y las almohadas son muy gruesas. El área de alberca está algo descuidada. Es una propiedad un poco antigua que le falta algo de remodelacion. En general creo el precio es elevado para el tipo de propiedad, pues hay hoteles de cadena que incluyen desayuno al mismo o menor precio pero si el objetivo es ir a Pats Peak l ubicación es muy conveniente "
