Wir waren dort für eine Nacht dafür war das Hotel wirklich gut und preis Leistung war auch absolut gut. Jedoch liegt das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße und die Umgebung bietet auch nicht wirklich viel Möglichkeit an weder Restaurant noch Shopping technisch. Das Personal dort ist top und sehr zuvorkommend. Zur Information es gibt dort kein Fahrstuhl dadurch das wir Ganz oben in der 3. Etage waren war dies bisschen schwierig mit über 25kg Gepäck jedoch wird auch dieses Problem gut vom Personal gelöst den diese bieten einem direkt an den Koffer hoch auf das Zimmer zu bringen:). Das Hotel ist sehr neu und renoviert bis auf einen Fleck den wir bei der Bettwäsche direkt feststellen mussten (ohne krampfhaft nach Mängel zu suchen) ist das Zimmer wirklich top. Es ist halt einfach etwas rumgepfuscht worden beim Bau und dementsprechend ist beim Bad eine Spiegel Ecke kaputt oder auch fast alles sehr unordentlich mit Silikon abgedichtet worden. Zu dem Frühstück können wir keine Auskunft geben jedoch sah es sehr gut aus und bot eine Vielfalt an verschiedenen Aufschnitt an. Alles in einem fanden wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und denken wenn man nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten behebt das es ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit Zukunft ist.

This hotel is nothing like you stated in your advertisement. Its slap bang in the middle of a shanti town, it also failed to mention that the hotel was right next door to a Veterinary and dogs including wild dogs kept us awake barking throughout the night into the morning leaving me and my son constantly tired and lethargic each day. The breakfast was not included only a complementary one which consisted of a few olives, orange and cheese. We had to pay for breakfast so we declined and went for a walk. Also the pool was brown ill add a photograph to this email. Staff was nice and friendly, clean rooms.

We are very sorry for the problems you experienced. Related to our pool; Since maintenance work was being done on the pool at that time, the pool was not open to guests for a short time. We checked in but found out that our room was on 4 th floor with elevator not in working condition . Also AC in bedroom was not functioning . Will not recommend for families . Maybe for young couples who don’t mind the inconvenience.

The property is just ok and location is really bad. There nothing near by and also there is not Resturant. BG served is in other restaurant which offers very bad breakfast. Otherwise the staffs are nice and cordinating

on a passé un super séjour. les lieux sont très agréables, les chambres sont propres les piscines très jolies. petit hôtel plein de charme le personnel est très très serviable et aimable et à l’écoute. remerciement particulier à notre réceptionniste préféré, qui est là toute la nuit. le seul petit bémol qu’on a trouvé c’est les alentours de l’hôtel. il se trouve dans une zone un peu excentrée, mais à 20 minutes de la vieille ville, 1h de kemer, 30min de belek accessible très facilement en taxi merci pour ce séjour c’était super nous recommandons

Leider waren beide großen Handtücher dreckig (braune Flecken). Wir hatten die Unterkunft nur gebucht, damit wir es morgens nicht so weit zum Flughafen haben und nicht ganz so früh aufstehen müssen. Leider konnten wir in der Unterkunft kaum schlafen, da es sehr hellhörig ist und sich direkt vor unserem Fenster ein Platz mit Stühlen und Tischen befand, wo sich die Leute bis tief in die Nacht hingesetzt und sich lautstark unterhalten haben. Auch nachdem die Rezeption gebeten hat, dass die Leute leider sein sollen, änderte sich leider nichts an der Lautstärke. Hier und da flogen noch einige Staubwolken auf dem Boden rum und das Bett war super instabil. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort leider nicht wohlgefühlt.

Maalesef gürültüden şikayetçi olduğunuzu belirtmişsiniz, ancak sizin gibi otelimize arkadaşlarıyla, aileleriyle ya da çift olarak, örneğin havaalanına yakın olduğu için gelen farklı misafirlerimiz var. Böyle bir durumda sadece onlar için değil sizin için de dışarıda oturup sohbet eden misafirlerimizi belli bir saatten önce kısıtlamamız yanlış olur.Temizlik konusunda yapmış olduğunuz değerlendirme dikkate alınıp gereken önlemin hemen alınacak olduğu konusunda da lütfen endişeniz olmasın. En yakın sürede sizi tekrar otelimizde misafir edebilmek dileğimizle...Saygılarımızı sunuyoruz.

Temizlik ile alakalı sorunları var, çocuk ile konaklama için pek uygun olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Wifi ile ilgili sorunu belirttim, çözülmedi ve bilgi de verilmedi. Kahvaltı vasat, yerli müşteriye 2.sınıf muamele burada da mevcut. 3-5 temizlik malzemesi alır, mutfağında da kendim hazırlarım kahvaltımı derseniz eşyalı düzgün bir ev olabilir.

We stayed in room no 112, which was very nice as the pool was right in front of our room. For five people, this room is absolutely convenient. The employees were very friendly and helped where they could. Perfect for a few days, but also absolutely recommended for longer stays. Family friendly and super comfortable. Definitely coming back.
