Excelente ubicación. Camas malas.
Estuvimos con mi hija y esposo 3 noches. Todo excelente excepto las camas que nos dejaron un buen dolor de espalda. El desayuno muy completo y bueno. La habitación algo pequeñita. La vista del desayunador excelente! Lo recomiendo

Almohadas inconmodas
Las almohadas son demasiado suaves, tuve que usar mi chamarra para darle firmeza a la almohada. Las camas con demasiado angostas ademas de que el colchon en realidad es un hule espuma delagado que se mueve a cada rato de la base de la cama.

Hotel razonable por un buen precio.
El hotel está bien en su relación precio-calidad. La ubicación es excelente. Podés llegar con tu propio auto y estacionar en un estacionamiento público, que queda justo al lado del hotel. Pero el tamaño de la habitación es diminuto. El baño también muy chiquito.

This was a lovely hotel in a fabulous location. We walked to every thing in the old town area. The staff was wonderful and the Facilities were comfortable. We did not have the morning breakfast buffet but it looked very good. There is also a nice bar area. The rooms are small with comfortable beds. The only downside is the lack of amenities in the bathroom. The website said shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. but there is only an all in one body and hair wash. It is perfectly usable but if you prefer more - bring your own. Bathroom was extremely small and had poor ventilation leaving a bit of a mildew smell. Overall it’s a great boutique style hotel with a fantastic location - I recommend.

The hotel is extremely well situated right in the heart of the old city, comfortable, and with friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely stay here again and hope to return to this beautiful city.

The property was well situated in the old town with public parking underneath. We had a balcony looking onto a square and the room was spotless.

Great Value & Location
For a short visit to Annecy the location is great, right in the Old Town. Very good price but room was not wonderful regarding very small size and lack of facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly
