Very spacious and clean rooms with kitchen appliances and equipment. It was close to walking distance to beach.

Beach access within walking distance and an uncrowded beach with space and natural unspoiled views

Nice updated 1 floor air/condo, close to beach 1/2 walk, quite and with just the right amount of amenities; pool, grill, washer and dryer along with lots of towels.

Loved this property! Only 3 blocks walk to the Fern Street public beach access to Bean Point Beach. Beautiful, clean white sand beach with ample space to set up chairs & umbrella. No spaces blocked off for resorts or high rises.Plenty of space in this condo for our family of 4. Comfortable memory foam hybrid beds and lots of pillows. Very helpful to have laundry service onsite. Very clean with extra towels. Well equipped kitchen. Would love to stay here again!

Fabulous weekend with my daughter

Amazing find!

We stumbled upon this listing after our rental plans del through with a different location. It was such a great find and we are so happy we found it. The unit was just as described: clean, equipped, comfortable, and the pool was great and very warm (heated). There were 5-6 units and it would be a terrific place to reserve several units for a big family. We’ll be back!

Leider war das Haus nicht korrekt beschrieben. Die Klimaanlage im Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer machte das ruhige Schlafen unmöglich. Wir haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht, aber keine Erstattung erhalten

Amazing location

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful island home! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Bean Point beach (the most beautiful beach). Our teenager loved fishing at the pier that was just a few minutes walk from us. The home itself was decorated nicely and very clean. We enjoyed a lot of time in the pool area which was also clean and nicely kept. There were floats, beach chairs, and beach toys to use which is a thoughtful touch. The owner was also super helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't wait to come back and do it all again! 5 stars isn't enough - we'd give it 10 if we could!"

Great, clean place and perfect location with Bean Point Beach nearby!

This place is great if you're looking for a relaxing stay on AMI. It is perfectly located with the beach a few blocks away and also restaurants are walking distance from the rental. The host got back to us immediately and even let us check in a few hours earlier when we reached out informing them we got to the island sooner than anticipated. They had limited options for beach chairt hat it supplies and we didn't see any umbrellas for shade. The laundry room is also pretty dated and not as clean as we had seen online but we did not have any issues washing or drying our clothes so it got the job done. We will definitely be hoping to stay here on our next visit to AMI. The timeliness of the host getting back to us is definitely a 5 out of 5 star rating!!!

Nice for a short stay

The property was nice and it was really quiet which was great. We had a few issues on arrival but once we contacted the property management company these were resolved. Would recommend.

Very nice!

We loved our place and the convenience of the location! We could walk to everything around us. We loved all of the space in the rooms and the quietness. We couldn't even hear our neighbors!

Nice place with a few hiccups

Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a few days. Our biggest downside was the inability to open windows for fresh air, especially in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Spring time with temperatures around 70 are perfect for no air conditioning which we don’t enjoy. We did have a technician come out the same day we notified them about the windows but there was nothing they could do about it since they were broken and they all needed to be replaced with new windows. We used the dishwasher once and discovered water had leaked on the kitchen floor the next morning. They did have someone come out to inspect it and after changing to a different cycle, it was fine. Our last night, the living room TV stopped working and we tried to get the same program on in the bedroom but couldn’t adjust the sound. Other minor problems with light not working over the stove top, and lightbulb burned out on the desk in the living room. When we did have a problem and alerted the company, they were very prompt in getting us help. It was nice to see cutting boards at the doorstep the night before we left but I had not said anything that we needed cutting boards until that day. All in all, it was a nice place and reasonably priced.

Quiet, close to the tip of Anna Maria

Cute little spot on Anna Maria

My friends and I had a great stay! It was very clean and had everything we needed including beach towels! It was perfect for a little weekend getaway and within 5 minutes of most things on the island.

Family trip

We were satisfied visiting such a beautiful island. At the property we found a small roach in the kitchen, the temp in the bedrooms was quite hot. Wanted to stay a little longer on our departure date but didn't get approved, pretty disappointed on that . Overall, would visit the island again.

Local Staycation

This was a great location to stay. We walked to Rod and Reel to eat and watch the fisherman. We had a nice easy walk to the beach. For locals who already know the island, we knew this was a way to get away from the crowd and enjoy the island.
