Very disappointed ☹️
I’m not one to complain and have rented many houses from Vrbo but would definitely not recommend this house to anyone. We tried to address with property manager Stetson but he was not helpful. We spent too much money to of had this type of experience.
Issues we have had with the house since we got here...
-The house was not cleaned. Our feet were black within minutes of walking on it day one.
-Dirty rag under the kitchen sink.
-extra Blankets in closet smelled horrible.
-Several cockroaches.
-Not enough trash bags or toilet paper.
-Party lights on the patio don’t work.
-Loaner Refrigerator too small and new refrigerator never delivered as they said it would be.
-The grill was nasty. We had nothing to clean it with.
-Sheets in master bedroom were stained. Should have just been replaced.
-pool pump broken
All was reported to the property manager. I received one follow up call from Stetson. I tried calling and texting him back with no response. Very disappointed!
