"Thank you for a wonderful stay and penthouse experience! We will definitely book again! 2 floors and oceanfront, who can ask for anything more! Beds made before arrival, and soaps and towels provided were a great touch! We love that Keurig combo pot or pod machine! "We had a great stay and loved the location, being able to walk to the beach and was a nice area just go for walks. Enjoyed the covered balcony and spent a lot of time out there. The one down side was not actually having a table to eat at inside - which I overlooked when choosing this location. Had the bar to sit at but for us to actually sit and eat meals we had to eat on the balcony. We always play family games at night and didn't have a table inside to do this at. Another inconvenience...

"We had a great time at this house for a girls weekend in August. The house was clean, slept comfortably. Great spacious kitchen and living room with everything you need. Bathrooms on every floor were very nice. It has its own driveway right off of costal highway instead of being off of a side street, so once we navigated that it was smooth sailing. Two of the four spots are on the street but it really was very easy to find parking around. So close to the beach too!! A very easy walk. Lots to do...

"We enjoyed our stay. Located right beside North Side Park with playground and much more. Kitchen was well stocked with things you need. If traveling with kids make sure to bring paper or plastic dishes for for them. I did bring my crock pot to make pulled pork while down at the beach. There is none in the kitchen. Plenty of hot water for showers.We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great stay at Jeremy’s place. He was very accommodating and responded to all of our questions quickly. The house and everything in it was brand new and was well stocked and comfortable. We really enjoyed the location, very close to the beach. Also close to mini golf and a good selection of bars. We loved our stay and will definitely come back!"

"Great location just a couple blocks from the beach in a “quieter” side of town. The house was the perfect size for our crew with 2 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms! Lots of fun things nearby. House included a great shed on the deck with lots of beach gear to borrow! Great communication with managers! Only frustrating part was showing up an hour before check-in time and not being allowed to enter. However, we did not request early check-in so that was on us, not owners or management. Thanks...
