Convenient to slopes, big bunk room
We really enjoyed the place with our family of 8. Two bedrooms downstairs and a loft bunk room that can sleep up to 6. It's a short 3/10 of a mile walk to the slopes, or you can catch the condo shuttle.

Cute and comfy
This condo was exactly as advertised: super comfy and the perfect size for us! The beds were great, and the porch/deck was perfect for sitting and relaxing on. I loved hearing all of the hummingbirds outside our room. I also appreciated the explicit instructions and explanations for everything; I'd much rather know exactly what to do than have to guess. We would definitely stay here again!

This was an overall amazing exp. The condo was clean and well taken care of it felt like home to us and our children. The hard part is it being on the third floor the stairs kill, we could not find the pool, and the downstairs beds were hard as rocks very uncomfortable. Other than those issues it was great and we are grateful for the exp.

Great Location
The condo was very clean and nice! The loft has 4 mattresses on the floor which was great to have so many beds plus there are 2 bedrooms downstairs. The living room was a little small for our family of 6 but the kitchen was well stocked and having 2 bathrooms/showers was very convenient. The only real drawback was climbing up and down 3 flights of stairs but there is a bus stop closeby that we could ride to the ski lifts for free. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little getaway
Very clean place. On the third floor which wasn’t excepting that but other then that very nice little getaway. Hosts was very responsive when contacting them about update on fire to make sure we still could come from Colorado for The Red river run.

Close to shuttle stop!
The condo was nice and cozy. The kids loved the upstairs loft with four beds and plenty of space. It is on the third floor so be aware that there are stairs. We just kept our ski gear in our vehicle. The best part was the shuttle stop 150 ft from the condo. It was free and came within 5 minutes of calling. The shuttle people were friendly. We loved the easy access to/from the condo. Highly recommend this condo and Angel Fire!!

We stay in Angel fire every year. This was definitely one of the best condos we’ve stayed in. The owners were awesome at communicating with us before and during our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything you need. The only reason it wasn’t our #1 was because it was on the 3rd flood which was a pain carrying everything up and down and with 2 small children. I suggest adding that in the description. However, after staying there we would still climb the stairs for an awesome place! It’s in a great location, we had no issues with parking. The shuttle stop is close by and we even walked a short distance, 5 minutes to the lifts a couple of times. There has 1 propane heater to heat the entire condo and it does the job! We were skeptical at first but had to turn it down once it warmed up!

Great Location, Nice Property
We only stayed here for 2 nights, but wished we had been able to stay longer. The condo is exactly as advertised. It was clean, nice and came stocked with lots of thing--detergent, extra towels and sheets, which I appreciated. My kids loved the upstairs loft area, since they each got to have their own bed. We were able to walk to the base of the mountain for dinner and see lots of wildlife along the way. It was really wonderful to see. We went rafting on the Rio Grande, hiked and biked on a nearby trails. It was a great visit to Angel Fire. We hope to return again!

Overview
Other than not knowing we had to climb stairs to third level and no bars of soap or paper towels provided, it was a nice place to stay.

I will check with the housekeeper as to why there was no paper towels. As for soap we have not been leaving that out due to it getting left behind and we do not want to take the chance of someone using someone else's soap.

Perfect for family
Loved staying at this condo. It was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Any communication I had with Michael he was quick to respond to. If we come back to Angel Fire we're definitely staying here again.

Close by, but cold.
The kitchen was equipped and the livingroom was nice. The loft was great for kids and has a conveniently located bathroom. The stairs are narrow and could use a railing. The memory foam mattress in one bedroom was very uncomfortable. The other mattresses appeared to be satisfactory. It was helpful that there are two bathrooms total, but bring your own toilet paper because this place only has the single ply cheap toilet paper. All of the baseboard heaters had stickers that say "do not use." The only heater is in the livingroom and it was cold in the bedrooms, so bundle up. The front door lock was broken and required a few minutes to lock and unlock. The lock turns 360° and it is difficult to get the key out. The roof of the porch appeared to be leaking, creating a sheet of ice on the floor of the porch which my 71 year old father slipped on. One picture makes the condo appear to be right across the street from the resort, but it is actually tucked away a little more off of Vail street. Still close and a short walk from the slopes, but not bordering on the main drag.

Thank you for your feed back. Guest feedback is very important to us. And allows us to address any needs. We had the complex maintenance person check on everything listed. He stated the lock was functioning as it should with a code and key. I also reached out to the guest prior and after you and they stated they had no issues. He took a look at the roof as well. He found no leak. Stated the snow and ice blew in from the snow storm they had. And that snow melted by day and froze by night. He said he will look into that further since it happens this time of year. He checked on the heater and it was operating properly. The heater is rated to heat an area 3x the size of our condo. The mattresses are right at two years old and this is the first negative feedback on them. We are going up there in a few weeks and will check on them and if they need changing out we will. And I apologize if the picture made us look closer. It must be the one of the aerial shot over the resort. I do list in the description that we are a short 7 minute walk away from the lifts. And I will add to the description that there is a shuttle that picks up right outside our place. Again. Thank you for your feedback. If you have any other questions or concerns please reach out. Convenient and pleasant
We had a wonderful stay here while skiing Angel Fire. The shuttle stop across the street was super convenient, and 2 times it was a little slow, we could walk to the ski area. We saved money by cooking our meals in the condo kitchen. Everything was stocked well. We grilled on the foreman grill and had meals ready in the crockpot after long days skiing. We would definitely stay here again!

So glad to hear you guys had a great time. I also like to hear that the crockpot and foreman grill are getting used. We like the crockpot since you can leave it and go and dinner is ready when you get back.

Angel Fire getaway January 4-6 2020
We had an outstanding time skiing in Angel Fire. The property was perfect for my husband, myself, and our 2 grandsons. The property is well stocked, spacious, and cozy. The ski resort is within walking distance.

Great Condo!
The condo was very nice and clean. The owners quickly responded to questions. I love that it was close to a pick up and drop off point for skiing. There is a ski pick up and drop off close to the entrance of the condos and another one a short walk off of the main road from the condos exit. It is a short walk to the ski rental and food off of the main road. The condo was easy to heat up and keep warm. The owners made sure that you have everything you need to have a great stay from kitchen utensils to towles. You do need to bring your own food, but there is plenty of room to store it in the pantry and the fridge. The condo is on the third story, which is a pro and a con. It is perfect since no one is walking above you, but the stairs are not lit up (may need a flashlight to see stairs when neighbors turn off the outside). Over all, I would rent this place again. The owners did a great job with communication and it was perfect for my family to relax in after a day and night of skiing.

We had a good stay and great snow! Neighbors didn't follow the after 11pm quiet rules, but otherwise no issues. Condo staff was helpful with shoveling and getting us what we needed for our car. Would recommend.

Even better than the pictures, it was very clean and the owner was very nice and accommodating. My family had a great time and made amazing memories. It is walking distance to the lifts but if you only ski once or twice a year you will probably want to drive 😁

It was a nice to place to stay.
We went for the weekend so the kids could snowboard. It was a nice place. Thankfully my parents got their in the daylight it was hard to find in the dark. Once it got warmed up inside it stayed nice and warm the whole weekend. The beds were so comfortable.
