"Worth the price overall. The host was friendly and responded in a timely manner. It's an old house with some quirks, but fine overall. Would've been nice to have a full sized fridge. Some of the tables were loose and wobbly. Fortunately, I had a wrench set on me and was able to tighten them up. Also had one of the outside stairs break off and I almost fell down. Freak incident, I hope."

Host was very easy to work with.However, there were several maintenance issues:BOTH bathroom outlets not working Fire place cold air coming in living roomKitchen light flickering as if shorting out. Living room chair leg wobbly Patio door off Track Kitchen clocks need batteriesTV in one bedroom screen cracked.Roku not working either bedroom and no Panasonic remote so had to get up and down to manually change channels."

"We enjoyed our stay so much! We came for a concert at the Ruoff Music Center and it was close by and easy to get to! The location of this property is perfect and in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood! Couldn’t ask for a better host….communication was so easy with her. The house is very clean and feels like home! Will be staying here again next time we are up this way! "
