This place was the perfect stay for our Disney trip. It was easy to access, clean, and had all the amenities to make your stay great. There were ample amount of towels, dishes, and pillows/blankets. It was about a 15 min walk to the parks which made it perfect for an afternoon break if needed. It was a perfect setup for kids with extra toys, books, and dvds too. The King bed was a little soft for our liking, but that's personal preference. Will definitely be booking again for our next Disney trip!

Everything about this property was fully equipped from a first aid kit, strollers, lotion, even q tips! It was nice having those items that are typically forgotten at home. The proximity to Disneyland was next level! It was a nice quick walk to downtown Disney then to the parks. Having a garage close to the property was nice for parking as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is very convenient to the parks. It was about a ten minute walk to Downtown Disney. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool area and even escaped to the beach for a day.

Its very close to downtown disney and disney resort. The pool is close and private for those staying there. Host gave us all the info needed to fully enjoy the area, we really enjoyed ourselves.

The VRBO was very clean and well kept. Sarah provided everything you would need if you were in your own house. My daughter was dancing for the week and needed to pack lunches and low and behold there were ice packs in the freezer. We wanted a beach day and there were chairs, umbrellas and toys in the garage. Silly things that most wouldn't think about! Very well equipped! It was an easy 1 mile walk to the Disney Parks and a central location for the hotels etc we needed access to. We felt at home on vacation.

Clean and close stay to Disneyland

We stayed 4 nights at this property and it was perfect for me and my family. Very clean and accommodating with space for all. If we come back to Disneyland we will stay here for sure!!

Close to Disneyland

The condo was great! It was close to Disneyland, was quiet, the pool was wonderful on a hot day, and you could even see the nightly fireworks from Disneyland from the parking lot. The neighborhood was safe, clean and quiet, too. We didn't have any trouble crossing busy Walnut Street to get to Disneyland and cutting through the parking lots to the Downtown Disney security point made the trip faster. The walk was between 10 - 15 mins tops, security was fast (mid-June, early AM), and then from the start of Downtown Disney to the Gate was about 10 more mins.The unit was clean, as advertised, and the communication with Sara was easy. She was very friendly and accommodated our family very well.Thank you, Sara, for a great stay and kickoff to our summer family vacation.

Amazing stay!

We rented this condo for our Disney vaca. It’s the perfect walking distance from the parks. In addition, the condo was stocked with everything we needed. I wish we wouldn’t have stopped at the grocery store for before arriving because the condo had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend.

Another great stay

This is the second time our family has stayed at this rental, and it was just as great this time as it was the first time. It's an easy walk over to the parks, but it feels tucked away. Our kids enjoy swimming in the extra large hot tub each evening after the parks. The beds are comfortable and it is stocked with everything we needed. We'll be back!

Sara is an amazing host, great condo, great location.

We've stayed with Sara on separate occasions and she's always the first one we look to book with anytime we travel to So Cal. Her units are impeccable. Always clean, comfy & cozy. She thinks of the little details and always great keeping in touch with us if needed. She'll always be our go-to host!

Ideal for Disney!

Make sure to read the emails Sara sends and study the property map, the home is tricky to find! Perfect location for Disney, literally across the street. Took us about 10-15min to get into downtown, take the monorail into the park from there, it drops you off behind the nemo ride. We did a 3day disney trip and left around 1p to have lunch/take a break - being across the street made this VERY easy (also saved $35/day on parking!) The home is spacious and accommodated us 4 perfectly with lots of room to spare. The W/D is a giant bonus! We decided as a fam that we can't do Disney any other way now LOL.

Disneyland get away

We choose to stay off Disney property this time since we were a mixed group of ages and the price point was more affordable. It did not disappoint. The host was more than accommodating and the town home was perfect. 12 min walk to the monorail and 8 min walk to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Magical Stay

This property is wonderfully located on the less busy side of Disney. It is very well stocked and comfortable. Sara is an attentive host who has thought of everything and was there to help us. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the magic :)

Creature Comforts - great location!

Sara's property is a lovely home away from home, it was a perfect end to our 3 week trip from OZ! The simple touches such as cling wrap and laundry liquid were much needed for our little family! The accesss to an extra storller was AMAZING! The distance to downtown disney was decent, 11-12 min stroll to security! The neighbourhood was okay, felt safe enough, I happily walked to and from disney after dark. The neighbours dog was quite a bother however, particularly during the night, barking alot. The rooms were great for 4&5 year olds. The rooms were comfy, however they were very bright, in need of some block out blinds! But overall a gorgeous little villa with all we needed for an extended stay!
