"great communication; great host"

"We had a good stay and there were multiple good things. The location is perfect as it is very close to Disney and less than an hour to Universal Studios, and Huntington Beach, which are the places we went. Their beds were absolutely comfortable, too! We had two children with us (ages 4 and 9) and this is when we realized we should have got a house that has carpet, as this house does not have good insulation and you can hear literally everything everyone says and every step they take. "Muy limpia muy buena cocina, volvería sin dudarlo "

"The house was nice for our family but I had to contact the host for face towels. I was told they were being phased out. She showed up with some so I appreciated that. The house needs to get touch up paint on the doorways and cabinet in bathrooms it appears to be dirty but it’s just needs touch up paint. They need to clean better they was built up dirty in all the corners of every room but the kitchen. The ice machine didn’t work and one of the bedroom had a warped bed and non working fan. I...

The host was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was not up to our cleanliness standards. The bathroom next to the king size bedroom had brown dirt caked along the baseboards, mold in the grout of the tile, and grime in the sliding door grate. The...

"Excelent verry clean"

"Really great place to stay for a group of friends who came for Disneyland! Beds were comfy, wish we got to spend some more time using the cool game room but we were at the parks from open to close. Kevin is a very communicative host!"

Each of the beds were very comfortable with fresh smelling linens. Bathrooms had well stocked shampoo/conditioner and body wash. There were plenty of clean...
