Nice house for Disney stay

Property is nice. It is an older home with some updating. Bedrooms are small and living room is small but outdoor areas were large and nice. Pool is great and property manager is very easy to work with. I would stay agsin

Fantastic stay

Nice clean house in walking distance to the parks. Kids loved the pool. Family of 8 with 1 friend and still had plenty of room. I would recommend staying here if you want a place that has everything you need.

A very easy stay!

Overall, I was very impressed with this property. It was obvious they took pride in keeping things clean and were very attentive to any need during the course of our stay. My only wish is that the dining room table was more comfortable but we would be happy to stay again.

Great super convenient to Disney

The house was in a great location. Half the beds were comfortable and the others were passable. The kitchen is stocked moderately well. The knives could use a sharpening. The pool was nice and we were able to swim a few days of our stay.

Magical

The layout was wonderful and location amazing. It was clean and a relatively quiet neighborhood. Our three year old absolutely loved the bunk beds! They use a strong chlorine in the pool so be cautious if you have sensitive skin.

Wonderful place to stay within walking distance to Disneyland

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed at a Funtierland property & both times we had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly & responsive. The house was clean & a great place to stay for the 7 of us. It is a nice walk to downtown Disney (about 20 minutes). We loved how roomy the house was so we could relax after a fun day at the parks without feeling like we were on top of one another. If this place is available the next time we go to Disneyland we will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect house for Disney Land and convention center

We rented this house for the WOD competition at the convention center. We were able to walk to the convention center which saved us a lot of money on parking. We also walked to Disney Land. This house has everything a family needs for a great vacation. The rooms are set up well and decorated cute. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need for cooking. There are all sorts of strollers and a high chair and fuse ball for the teenagers. There are even beach chairs which we were delighted to see! There is swimming towels also which was great since we forgot ours. The pool was loved by the teenagers too! Love this property and if we are ever back in Anneheim we will be resenting!

Perfect for disneyland

Walking distance to all entrances of Disney! House held 3 families just fine! Pool was a nice addition- we weren’t home enough to use it more than once but still nice. Very clean. Loved having a washer& dryer for the provided towels and we washed our clothes before flying home. One less thing to do when we got home! Had a mishap after checkout and owners were readily available and helpful!

Requirements

Everything was good except the amount of upfront paperwork & requirements needed to just stay a few nights at this Vrbo. I sell real estate & there’s less documents involved! It’s over the top for sure. That part is a turnoff.

Great location, lots of room

The location is amazing! The house is big enough for a large family, it has a large kitchen, and the pool was a wonderful addition! The lock code was difficult, we were locked out a few times. Please make sure you read the rules carefully; not being able to spend time outdoors after 10pm and before 9am was confining and not popular with everyone. We enjoy having our coffee outside in the morning, but only 1 person at a time could do so. The house was a little dirty, we found trash under the master bed and the rugs could use a good cleaning. I would highly recommend this property.

This home was perfect for our family of 6. The property was very clean and enjoyable!

We would definitely rent this property again. It fit the 6 of us comfortably and was very clean and organized. The pool was such a fun addition to our vacation. The communication with management was excellent! We loved the close proximity to Disney Land and shops and dining. Overall it was a great experience!

Great place

This place was great for us! It accommodated all our family as well as our sisters family and children. It was nice we all got to stay together and have family time when not at Disneyland. The walk was not bad at all and we could see the fireworks from the back patio. Children loved the pool and was nice after a hot day at the park! Also very nice they provided strollers and beach toys for both things we wanted to do! Only issue was neighbors throwing a party our last night and kept kids awake but that is not property’s fault so I understand. All in all we had a wonderful experience!

1 week stay to visit Disneyland

Very nice property, well advertised. No issues. Only issues were: Communication prior to visit was hard to do through VRBO. Only responded if I called. Parking on the street. Street sweeper came through one of the nights and ticketed our car for $40 fine. Host gave us a permit but nowhere were we told what day the sweeper came and it did not say on the street signs. We had no idea what day they came and we got a ticket. Owner refused to reimburse the $40 fee.

Nice house Great Pool! 20 min walk to Disney

This was a nice house. Not super clean but very comfortable. The rules are very strict and monitored by outdoor camera for this rental but not for the neighbors so we endured a couple of very loud late night parties. The pool is wonderful and the house is stocked with all the things you need . About 20 minute walk to Disneyland. Overall we were happy and had a great vacation.

I would not stay again

what you see in photos is not at home, the couches are different and are well stained, the jockey table and television are not in the game room, the table chairs are peeling, the pans were not clean they had food stuck, The coffee maker is rusty and the pool water was green, at first we thought it looked like this because it was painted green and we used it like that, they were so demanding with the regulations that we thought they could not deliver a dirty pool, but the second day it was putting more green and that was when I told them and someone went to see it until the next day and they cleaned it, the filters were green and they told us to wait a day to use it ... I told them to return part of the money for the cleaning they charge and They ignored me .. also the water was cold like 3 or 4 days and you pay extra for the pool heating .. when we returned home 2 of the girls had an earache and the doctor said they had summer infection from dirty pool... I did not want to write this but I think they are things you should consider when reserving the house ... I reserve it by the pool 🤷‍♀️ The heating of the pool they told me they would reimburse me for 2 days only lo que ves en fotos no esta en casa, los sillones son diferentes y estan bien manchados, la mesa de jockey y television no estan en el cuarto de juego, las sillas de la mesa estan descarapeladas, los sartenes no estaban limpios tenian comida pegada, la cafetera esta oxidada y el agua de la alberca estaba verde, al principio pensamos que se veia asi porque estaba pintada verde y la usamos asi, estuvieron tan exijentes con los reglamentos que pensamos no pueden entregar una alberca sucia, pero al segundo día se estaba poniendo mas verde y fue cuando les dije y fue alguien a verla hastar el siguiente dia y la limpiaron los filtros estaban verdes y nos dijeron que esperaramos un dia para usarla... les dije que me regresaran parte del dinero por la limpieza que cobran y me ignoraron..ademas el agua estaba fria como 3 o 4 dias y pagas extra por la calefacción de alberca.. cuando regresamos 2 de las niñas les dolio el oido y el doctor dijo que traian infeccion de albercas... no queria escribir esto pero creo que son cosas que debes considerar al reservar la casa...yo la reserve por la alberca 🤷‍♀️ lo de la calefacción de la alberca me dijeron que me reembolsarian 2 dias solamente.

Spacious, clean home in good location

Renting the property was easy. We had a circuit go out and they sent someone right away. We spent hours in the pool, which felt great. Bring face towels as none were provided. There is no air hockey as pictured which was disappointing. The home was clean and cozy. Family getaway during Covid which was awesome.

Great layout and Pool but could use a refresher

We stayed here for a few days while visiting a local relative and really wanted a pool. From this vantage point it was exceptional. However, the carpet is in desperate need of replacement., and the patio is barren, Such an inviting space the rear patio could be with a few outdoor furniture pieces and some plants.

Poor property but the property managers were responsive.

The property was dirty and in poor shape. The game room looks absolutely nothing like the pictures and didn’t have the activities shown in the picture.

Disneyland with family

The property looked as advertised, and was comfortable, but could have been cleaned a little bit better. We found a few things on the floor (in the carpeted areas) that shouldn’t have been missed with a good vacuuming. It was a super easy walk to the Disney parks. There was plenty of space for 3 adults and 5 kids and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would stay here again.
